Stayed at hotel as part of my Gate 1 Italy package. Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff polite. Nice location. Lovely neighborhood. Breakfast very good. The Hotel even provide "real american" coffee. Would love to stay there again.

I used this hotel because it was where my conference was being held and the room rate was excellent (even though I was not paying personally). The location is convenient on the edge of the historic city centre, though I did not have time to take in the cultural aspects. The hotel and conference centre was smart, clean and elegant....

Well when I arrived here I was slightly disappointed, the rooms are quite small. However, during the 3 nights that I was here ir grew on me! Although my room was small, it was warm, comfortable, quiet and had all the mod-cons that I needed. Meanwhile, the public rooms and facilities are all absolutely fine. I would stay here again,...

The hotel fulfills all that you need, comfortable bed, silence and it is relatively close to the tourist attractions like the Basilica di Santa Croce. It is a shame that the staff in the reception were quite rude, maybe they were busy but this is not my problem, and the breakfast is quite simple: horrible coffee (yes in Italy) and...

This hotel is located not too far from the Duomo and the Academia to see the David. Very easy walk then to the leather and jewelry stores and the Ponte Vecchio. The hotel was very nice and clean and with excellent breakfast choices. We had drinks before and after dinner in the enclosed patio area at the front overlooking the...

I did not stay in the hotel rooms here so I won't comment on that. The lobby and meeting space are alright. The staff will pretty much just do their thing and not really pay any attention to you. The food is to be avoided at all costs. If you're lucky you'll get something that's tasteless, like the pasta.

We stayed here for two nights as part of a Citrus holiday booking. The walk from the station was beautiful then when we reached our destination we couldn't believe it was the right place. Silvia at the check in desk was courteous, helpful and cheerful. We where situated in the south wing in a small but well proportioned room with...

Location was good. The TV in our room did not work. We called and no one came by. We gave up. On the positive side, the hotel restaurant had an above average buffet and the dessert was delicious. Might or might not stay there again.

Located in a very nice area next to Arno river and close to the city center, the hotel can be regarded as modern and rather full of tourists. The personnel was friendly. The breakfast was nice although the restaurant was rather crowded and difficult to find table in the peak hour. The room was big enough and I had the...
