This hotel exceeded expectations, lovely helpful and friendly staff, fully wheelchair accessible rooms, wonderful organic and vegetarian food at breakfast and the Il Desco bistro, clean and really well-located. We could walk everywhere in the centre within minutes and there are plenty of lovely places to eat in the vicinity. The 20th century art collection is particularly interesting. You need...

The Guelfo Bianco which I stayed for 7 nights is located in a quiet location, and is about 5-10 minute walk to touristy sites - Duomo, Palazzo Veccio, Uffizi, Ponte Veccio, congress centers as well as to the main train station (Santa Maria Novella). My room is lovely, very clean and has necessary amenities. It faces the courtyard and is...

Very welcoming and attractive establishment. I have no experience of other hotels in Florence, but 100% recommend this hotel. It's located just prior to the tourist throng and easy walking distance to the train station. Location was ideal for us.

This will become your home away from home! The staff, especially Manuel, were always cheerful and helpful, and went above and beyond in their guest services! Do take advantage of their option to make reservations at the Accademie and Uffizi Gallery- saved a lot of time! We were a half a block away from seeing David, and a 10-15 minute...

We had a wonderful stay at this charming family owned boutique hotel. The staff is great. Manuel and Julia were quick to respond to e mail prior to our trip and made our reservations to the Ufizzi and Academia galleries which I would recommend to avoid long lines. We arrived on the train early in the morning and Antonella, the...

We booked two rooms for one week in March for ourselves and two older daughters. The rooms were spacious, beautiful, clean and well decorated. The washrooms were large and were equipped with the benefits of home and then some...a bidet! The area was quiet for the most part except when emergency vehicles went by but it seemed like it only...

This hotel was within an easy walking distance to Florence's attractions. The hotel room was huge, clean, and very comfortable. The wonderful staff gave great recommendations for restaurants and arranged our tours prior to our arrival. The welcome beverage and appetizer was a delightful treat. Would definitely stay here again!
