This little gem is perfectly positioned to walk to everything. It has private parking, a gorgeous garden, a beautiful park with playground 50 metres away, and a supermarket 100 metres away. The Sightseeing double decker bus stops right around the corner, and the staff are just so friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely, with french doors opening out to...

We have just spend 5 nights at Liana. It was our 25th wedding anniversary, when we arrived we had flowers and complimentary wine in our room, what a wonderful welcome. This is a beautiful typically Italian hotel, just 10 mins from the centre the staff were fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel...

Very friendly hotel, a casual 15 minute walk to the Duomo. Staff always greeted us with a warm welcome with someone on duty 24/7. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice and was very good. The hotel interior is very atmospheric and full of antique furniture etc. Certainly a hotel that is better than the 3 star rating it's...

We stayed in the Liana for an anniversary 4 day getaway. We were greeted by friendly English speaking staff upon arrival - which helped enormously as our Italian is very limited. The hotel is full of character. All the corridors were tiled and very attractive and the stairway was impressive too. Our room was large, well equipped and clean, with...

This Hotel was wonderful. The rooms are lovely and the staff is great. The staff spoke English and were extremely helpful to my Mom and I during our stay. The hotel has a lovely garden area in the back that my Mom adored. We ate our breakfast each morning in their lovely dining room. My Mom was so impressed she...

Stayed here for 2 nights, last minute, in August. This hotel promotes free parking, but with very limited places, so you need to book in advance. There were no parking places available the nights we stayed. Street parking is not possible (residents only), but it is possible to park on the main ring road, with pay and display. Also if...

DO NOT STAY HERE. This was the worst place I have ever stayed. We had the separate 2 bedroom apartment out back. The smell was intolerable. One of the employees went to the apartment and said that there was no smell. They sprayed with an overpowering air freshener that wore off after about 1 hour. Even though they said that...

We spent 4 nights at Villa Liana and were generally pleased with our stay. It's a typical 3 star European hotel, no lift and horrible hard beds with flat pillows. Investing in feather beds or new cushiony beds would be a much needed improvement. The bathroom however was light, modern and airy. I can't comment on breakfast as we never...

Dear Customer, Thank you for being our guest and thank you especially for your reviews. It is very important for us to know what custumers think about our Hotel. You are absolutely right, the lift' s fault is a big deficiency for us, but unfortunately, being an' ancient Villa of the 19th century , we can not make structural changes....
