Stayed here for 5 weeks in Alcove. Terrific spot and Franceca and Cecile make sure everything works flawlessly. This will be our go to spot for all future trips to Firenze. Could not be more impressed!

We spent 5 days for a fantastic getaway in Florence. Huge, beautiful three bedroom apartment in classic Florencian style with great appointments in one of the most beautiful buildings in the city. Barefoot Contessa was the perfect hostess-from breakfast bars to laundry folding! Our host planned fantastic excursions around the city, incredible meals and even identified the best gelato! Wifi... Have come to Italy in October for 8 straight years for more or less a month Have never stayed anywhere but Antellesi. Great apartment and staff. Have already scheduled for next year. If you want to stay in Firenze for 2 or more weeks, this is the place.

Palazzo Antelessi is ideally located in the Piazza Santa Croce, situated within walking distance of most of the major sights in Firenze. This was our third visit there and, once again, found the accommodations to be spacious and comfortable. There is a/c (didn't use) and the bathrooms are palatial by Italian standards. We stayed in Belvedere this time which was... More

The 4 of us rented a 3 bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. The apt was fantastic! It was spacious and very conveniently located right in Santa Croce Piazza. It was clean and quiet. It even had an elevator for the mother in law who had a bummed knee. The furniture was beautiful, the ceiling had painting or wall paper, and... More

This beautiful and comfortable apartment helped make our stay in Florence remarkable. It's close Palazzo Vecchio, the Uffizi, the Duomo, and--of course--Santa Croce; everything in the city is within a 10 minute walk. Numerous restaurants are close by. All the appliances work well (laundry, AC), and the view from the balcony overlooking Piazza Santa Croce simply can't be beat. I'd... More

My wife and I and several friends rented two apartments for the month of May. Beautiful furnishings and architecture in a central, historic location. The owner and staff were very helpful, offering good recommendations for restaurants and useful tips on getting around the city. It was very nice to have a place to relax, spend a couple hours in the... More

Staying in an apartment in the Palazzo Antellesi is a very special experience. We stayed here, in the "Mimi" apartment, in October 2012 and loved it so much that we returned again, in May 2014, staying this time in the "Miravista" apartment. The Palazzo Antellesi is a Renaissance era palace that now houses ten apartments, no two alike. What each... More

After renting in 2012, we returned in Feb 2014 and rented the apartment Casa Toscana and again we loved it. Beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The building is wonderfully located and within just a few min walk of all the major sights of Florence. Their website is very accurate in showing all the apartments and all the booking can... More

Have been staying at the Palazzo Antellesi now for five years and couldn't imagine a better experience. My apartment is splendidly comfortable and well-appointed, located in the heart of historic Florence. A close walk to Oltrarno and all the major sights in Florence proper, I especially love it here in the winter when the fireplace makes it cozy as ribbolita... More
