For the price, was very reasonable. Was slightly loud during the night, but that can be expected on a busy street. It was very clean and great location. Only a five minute walk from the Saturday leather market.

Very friendly owner and staff. Our 2 night stay was pleasant, with a large comfortable bed, good sized bathroom with hot shower and nice view onto a side street 2 min away from the center. The owner gave us a quick overview of the city on a map which was super helpful. Definitely made out day. Would recommend.

The location of this hotel is great, very close to the Duomo and the Central Markets. However, the room I had initially was on the first night was on the first floor with old single-glazed windows and was incredibly noisy. Despite ear plugs, I had a very poor nights sleep. However, on speaking to the very helpful staff I moved...

Super central location, ZaZa restaurant right around the corner on the food market piazza. Duomo and San Lorenzo are within 2-5 mins. Hospitality was really great, especially the nightguard from the phillippines. Rooms were clean and shared bathroom facility was nice, and cleaned several times a day. Can keep Your luggage on the last day in town.

This hotel was clean, in the middle of Florence, within walking distance of the train station and all the sights. Unfortunately though, there were some real issues with our room which made our stay more of an adventure than we expected. The air conditioner had a light on it indicating it was "ON" but did nothing to cool the room...

If you are traveling by car, don't believe these liars about their parking and how they will take care of everything. Not only we had to pay the 25 euro parking price, but also the fine of 70 euros for getting into limited traffic zone in Florence. Now, in Florence, if you got into a limited traffic zone, you get...

This hotel is basically ok and at an excellent location. Staff or friendly, helpful and uncomplicated. The place is clean. The main issue is that the quality of the rooms varies a lot: If you have a room with an en-suite bathroom, the room will be large and very nice. If you have one where you share the one common...

The hotel is very near the Duomo and everything. That is good. The receptionists were professional and efficient. The room was rather run down. Very random furniture. But well. The bathroom was looking very old. It may have been clean, but that's hard to tell when it was looking otherwise so shabby. AND - the toilet was leaking! I mean,...
