Enjoyed our stay at Hotel Colomba very much, the room was big, the bathroom was a bit small, but everything else made up for that. It is central to everything, the breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly very helpful , my two granddaughters were even given a little gift as we were leaving. Would definitely come back... More

We stayed at the hotel for 3 night and it was really nice, in the heart of Florence but quiet, the rooms cosy, warm and very clean. The staff also very helpful. There is nothing to complain about. I would absolutely book it again if I return to that city.

This hotel was a bit tricky to find. The hotel sign is directly above the entrance to an apartment building. The entrance to the hotel is actually inside the museum next door. We drove our car and was able to find a spot outside until the garage came and picked up our car about 15 minutes later. The paperwork to... More

Enjoyed my second stay at the hotel within a year and with another group - this time schoolboys. After arriving by bus from Padua we checked into the hotel effortlessly. Rooms are clean and well serviced each day. The beauty is you are also only minutes from the Duomo and not further walk to the train station. Breakfast is plentiful... More

We stayed in room 302. It had a very comfy bed and a nice view over the terracotta roofs of Florence. The hotel staff were very friendly, especially those on reception. What let the hotel down was the bathroom, WiFi and the breakfast. The bathroom had no hot water at certain times. It seems that the room we were in... More

We spend 2 nights in Florence, we were very satisfied of the location, very central and in the historic area. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we arrived with our car and they called a garage for us and pick up the car in front of hotel and brought it back at the end of our stay for the... More

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Columba: the bedroom was comfortable, bathroom facilities good, and the ante-room outside our bedroom, where there was a lounge area, was an added bonus. The breakfast offered plenty of choices, the coffee was good, and the location excellent, just 5 minutes or so to the duomo. Dropping off 2 of the 4 in... More

The location was so great. Close to the Duomo, Galleria della Accademia and so much more. The front desk attendant was super helpful upon our check in with offering us some great tips on where to dine, wine tours (he booked it too), tourist attractions etc. The rooms weren't the greatest and need a little upgrade, but definitely didn't sour... We stayed here for 5 nights and it was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable and very quiet. The staff are extremely friendly and obliging. The location of the hotel is really good-about 10 minutes from the station and a couple of minutes from the Duomo and San Marco. The Wifi was ok but a bit unreliable. The breakfast... More
