I stayed at the Palazzo Ruspoli for 6 nights in mid-June and would recommend the Ruspoli for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Old Florence without breaking the bank. The Location: literally a handful of steps away from the Duomo in the pedestrianised area of the city. Incredibly easy to find and located on the 3rd floor of...

What an absolutely stunning small hotel. You enter what appears to be an impressive house on the main street opposite the Duomo. There is little indication it is a hotel so look carefully for the brass door plate showing the name of the hotel. The rooms are incredible - high ceilings, shuttered windows and a shabby chic style of decoration....

Stayed here for 3 nights, we checked in straight away and were given the keys to our room. Room was big, and clean, overlooked the street which was nice but very noisy at night times. Location is great and you can walk to all the main places within a few minutes. Breakfast was okay, basic but was fine to get...

central location but pre-dawn delivery noise was very disturbing, value room had no view, no common space, limited front desk hours made check-in a bit hectic but coffee was great. breakfast was good and the coffee was great. the bed was large but it seemed worn and there was a ridge in the middle that was uncomfortable. our three days...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your comment on TripAdvisor: understanding our Guest's perception allows us to improve our commitment to improve our services. Palazzo Ruspoli is an ancient Florentine house, renovated. The soundproofing is not covered in the services of this old house in effect. Our B&B also offers rooms overlooking the courtyard which are definitely quieter. We are terribly...

I stayed at the hotel the last week of November 2014 . A friend and I selected the hotel from a local travel agent. After reading some of the comments posted on trip advisor, I wasn't too sure I had made the correct decision. I was so happy to find out that it was the best find ever. We loved...

My friends and I stayed at Palazzo Ruspoli since 07.11.14 to 10.11.14 and would like to underline that it was very nice place for having rest and relax. First of all the location is excellent, very close to train station, no need to take bus or taxi, just 5-6 minutes walk to hotel, the very center of this unforgettable, lovely,...

We spent over a week at this hotel and were very happy with the situation which could not be better. We had a fantastic view of the dome of the Duomo from our bedroom window, something we will remember always. The room was comfortable and provided all amenities except tea and coffee making facilities. However, coffee is provided between certain...

After I arrived at this B&B and was placed at this very uncomfortable room I decided to read some reviews here at Trip Advisor and NOT to my surprise people had already mentioned this room. This room has an extremely uncomfortable bath and toilet (we DID NOT request an adapted room), it was right by the breakfast area, so there...

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for the time you have dedicated through your review. We stayed at the Palazzo Ruspoli this summer. Having paid very little to be in the centre of Florence we were not expecting great things so when we arrived and saw the hotel we could not believe it.
