This hotel felt more like a bed and breakfast. The kindness of the staff was amazing. I would stay here again in a heart beat! I was traveling with friends and it was perfect but if you were family or traveling as a couple it would be even better. Its quiet, safe, and just perfect. Everyone should stay here!

My wife and I stayed at this wonderful little hotel for 3 nights in the last week of September. We arrived in Florence by train and had little difficulty finding it, about a 10 minute walk from the train station. (I had downloaded a map with instructions from Google maps.) The hotel is on the 3rd and 4th floors of...

Our room looked nothing like those on the hotel's website. It was tiny, two people could not walk around the bed at once. The bathroom was tiny, the furniture needed to be thrown out, walls need cleaning and re-painting, old bed cover. It was not "classic style", just run down. We felt we'd been given the worst room in the...

Ease to find: The hotel was not difficult to find due to having GPS, however it is not marked by a large sign out side like most. There is a smaller sign on the wall near the buzzer. To get access just press the buzzer button and you will be let in. Check-in process: Check in was simple and quick...

The hotel is small and on the 3rd floor. Rooms are fairly basic but clean with a refrigerator, and the bathroom was rather small but adequate. Location was great - very walkable to the Duomo, Uffizi Gallery and Ponte Vecchio. Breakfast was very good, and staff were just great - very helpful and responsive!

Beautiful view overlooking the Piazza dell'Indipendenza, easy walking distance to the Duomo and all of the other sights of Fierenze, this little hotel has great service and pleasant clean rooms while retaining the spirit of its community. I will definitely return.

The hotel is a 3 star hotel and that is what you get. We had absolutely no problem with that, as that was what we paid for. The staff are friendly and were open to offering advice on the city. Ammenities are fairly basic but the room was very clean and comfortable. It's about a 10 minute walk into the...

The staff is very helpfull, friendly and polite, both of them: man and his wife. The location is also Ok. The hotel is approximately 500ft from the...

Great location in a beautiful plaza over looking the Duomo. Average service, nice people though. However, the rooms are dated. Holes and cracks in the walls just covered by white compound. Bathrooms are HORRIBLE TINY! If you sit on the toilett, when you stand up your head hits a wall. No more than 2.5 ft wide. Plus the air conditioner...
