Ideal location near the main railway station and close to main Florence attractions. Nice and clean rooms with helpful and friendly staff. Ample breakfast. Many good restaurants in the vicinity. A late grappa in the bar makes the evening perfect.

A great location, just far enough from the centre to avoid the troops of tour groups, but very close to walk everywhere. The rooms are small and not very special, but good enough. There are some wonderful pieces of antique furniture in the hotel. There's a tiny garden at the back, secluded and lovely - when there are no smokers...

Nice hotel with good staff. Small (european style room) for four people. The street outside is classic Italy with vespas, cars and pedestrians. Very close to the train station, other public transportation, leather market, the academy and all the sights. Felt very safe. Busy street but quiet room. Breakfast was good normal european food. Were able to take a buss...

Great back courtyard. Good breakfast. Adequate room. Only problem was "operator error" as I could not figure out how to get the screens to work on the windows. It was hot for October and very damp so the mosquitoes ate me up like mad. But certainly not the hotel's fault. Apart from that, it was a lovely stay on the...

We booked this hotel for myself and my wife through the travel site Expedia. I actually have to give them 5 star for delighting me even before we checked in . By oversight I had entered the month of my stay as September instead of October. Although the reservation was non- refundable, at the request of the travel site the...

I stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. My room was clean, comfortable, spacious enough and equipped with the needed equipment (Coffee/Tea maker, minibar and TV). The bathroom is clean and this is important for me. The reception staff are helpful and they provide us with all the needed info. The hotel is convenient to the central station and within...

Very nice hotel - clean and comfortable. Breakfasts fine - very Italian so lots of sweet things, cake and sugared croissants. But fruit, cheese and meat too. Just don't expect northern European standard on bread! Wifi good connection and free. Several small eateries nearby. Would use again - excellent staff.

We came across this centrally located hotel when looking for a reasonably priced accommodation in Florence. It is situated around a 10 minute walk from the main train station in Florence, along a road with plenty of restaurants, shops and other hotels. The hotel is opposite the park, which should help when trying to locate it. Check in was ok...
