Very nice hotel - clean and comfortable. Breakfasts fine - very Italian so lots of sweet things, cake and sugared croissants. But fruit, cheese and meat too. Just don't expect northern European standard on bread! Wifi good connection and free. Several small eateries nearby. Would use again - excellent staff.

We came across this centrally located hotel when looking for a reasonably priced accommodation in Florence. It is situated around a 10 minute walk from the main train station in Florence, along a road with plenty of restaurants, shops and other hotels. The hotel is opposite the park, which should help when trying to locate it. Check in was ok...

We just spent 5 days at this hotel, room only. Very convenient location, you really have to walk everywhere in Florence, this hotel 10/15 walk from station. Restaurant immediately next door, is convenient and serves good food. Little cafe opposite good for coffees etc, and reasonably priced. We had a large room, family room I think, very quiet, very clean....

Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast excellent in terms both of choice and quantity. Lovely outside terrace too as well as the inside dinning area. Loved the little garden on ground floor. Great view from top floor room at back of hotel. Good location, easy walking distance to the rest of the city and not far from the main train station....

Within walking distance of the railway station, this little hotel is friendly, welcoming, comfortable and well maintained. Florence is for walking; and this place gives easy access (through the street markets) to the very centre of the city and all its attractions. The weather was 'unpredictable', but the hotel staff let us an umbrella which proved its worth one hundred...

Under 10 minutes stroll from Santa Maria Novella station and closer still to Basilica di San Lorenzo and the Mercato Centrale the Piazza del Duomo and Piazza della Signoria are only a little further on. The management and staff here are helpful and obliging we enjoyed our stay

We had a very average stay here. The room smelled horrible. It had a very distinct sewage odor that was so awful, we found a grocery store and purchased a couple of air freshener a. The bathroom was clean. The beds were fairly comfy. The free breakfast was also very average. There was a decent selection of items to eat.

It is close from train station, and about 15 minutes by walk for city center. Wifi is good, breakfast as well. Room is really clean, but the bed is not so good. Really nice staff. Not modern decoration.
