This hotel is in a perfect location within close walking distance to both Santa Maria Novella station and the Duomo. The staff were friendly allowing me to store my luggage even thou I arrived very early which was a big help. Unfortunately I couldnt open my window or curtains at any time as my window looked out on to the...

Like to say this BnB gave me a surprise as it had such great room with great layout and enjoyed the stay as Rich the receptionist had also helped us a lot and this BnB is located in very central location near to the train station and just at the doorstep are many eateries. My friends stayed here for a week in March 2017. Excellent service by friendly staff :-) We had free luggage storage for several hours after checking out. Beautiful rooms with clean toilets. There is also a lift to the BnB, thus we did not have to climb the staircases wirh our luggage.

Clean, quiet, great location. Alessandro was very welcoming. I was just there for a night and to get an early train so the location and quiet was perfect. Like others have said, lots of great small touches. The room I was in was very small but efficient with no view. Since I'm only in the room to sleep I was...

I recently stayed here for three nights. Massively impressed with the standard of the room. Fantastic location close to the train station and the heart of Florence. Staff were very helpful, spoke english and recommended some great local places to eat. The mini bar was free and replenished daily. Breakfast is served just a couple of doors away in a...

My husband and I absolutely loved this bed and breakfast. We stayed for three wonderful nights. The service was impeccable, the staff was friendly and hospitable, the amenities were great and the location was in a prime area just walking distance from the Firenze Santa Maria Novella station. Breakfast was served daily at a cafe right downstairs. It consisted of...

We really enjoyed staying here - the location was fantastic. The train station is only a five minute walk up the road and you're five minutes away from the old centre of Florence. We found it really convenient. There is a fridge in the room stocked with juice, cans and water each day for free as well as a few...

My friend and I were on a budget and this fit nicely into it. We were in Italy for a 10 day walk through Tuscany so we are walkers. We walked everywhere we wanted to visit in Florence from the B&B. Very close to train station/bus station. Within a block of San Lorenzo Market. We had no problems communicating with...

I enjoyed my stay and chose this cute little hotel because of it's location. It is located just 8 mins walk to the train station and 10 mins to the Duomo. There are many restaurants near and the food & leather market is just 5 mins around the corner. The hotel provides you with breakfast, where they give you tokens...

My husband and I stayed at this B&B for our honeymoon and it was a truly amazing and romantic stay. Angela was very helpful and even did our room in a romantic way with bottle of wine and wine glasses when she learned it was our honeymoon. Truly friendly host and all her recommendations were top notch. She even took...
