We stayed only in a triple room with a loft for one night. It has no window in downstairs. Can you imagine how dark the room is? The room size and facility is like a hostel . The street is also too spooky, dangerous and unpleasant. and dana inconvenient location. Also, management was less than honest. Our family of 3 misbooked the...

dear lady I would like to respond to your unfair review in 4 points: -point First, when booking a double room, it is for 2 people and not three persons, at this point the room becomes a triple room which has a higher cost. -point Second, the room has a raised window as the hotel is in a historic building...

We had the luck to stay four nights at Enza (room 7), at a wonderful Italian family owned hotel! Room was spatious and daily cleaned, i loved the big bathroom and it's comfort, mild AC didn't bother us while functioning, wifi always available, good beds, warm hearted hosts, we will return for sure to stay at this blessed place! Florence is not a big city so hotel Enza is a walking distance away from historic center, with the road taking you beside the central market (Note: excellent restaurants on the first floor of the market with affordable prices and a great selection). Claudio, the manager of Enza, and his quiet wife do try to prepare a nice breakfast spread...

Went to Firenze for a short 6 days holiday. It was my first trip to Italy and 3rd for my girlfriend. Aside the beautiful town and what it offers, we had the luck to stay at Hotel Enza. It belongs to a wonderful Italian family. They welcomed us like we were their own. The hotel it self is very cosy,...

Dark and smoky hallway leading to room, which was less that spotless, and had a lot of electrical issues. It was ok, but not much more. The staff was helpful inasmuch as they held our bags for us because the room wasn't ready yet, but they did it with little enthusiasm.

I liked hotel Enza. It's in a good location - very quiet street, 10 min walk to the city centre. Rooms were clean, with nice towels, but our room (room 5) was tiny (6 was bigger). There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room, which I couldn't understand as I was told smoking was prohibited until I...

We stayed 2 nights in this "hotel" in February. We arrived at the hotel at 10 pm. The rooms we received contained: beds, a wardrobe, a table with a closed closet underneath (with key) and a TV. The room was supposed to be warmed by an old heater. There was also an air conditioning with no way to turn it...

We feel sorry if these guests didn't have a good staying with us. Firstable we have to explain that the reservation made was the cheapest one we sell for 365 days a year. That means standard room and continental breakfast .Extra dishes are reserved to other kind of reservation or can be order with an extra cost. About the heating...

excellent room, spotless and lovely staff. brush up on your Italian as they like people to make an effort and speak the language which is absolutely right. excellent location with a short walk to anywhere that's important. Check out a fab eatery open from 10am to midnight above the local food marlet, absolutely superb. Breakfast at the hotel a little...
