Really disappointed by this place. I know Florence is expensive but rooms were cramped and dingy and up three steep flights of stairs with no lift. Good air con, fridge in room and owner helpful but I am afraid I would not book here again

If you're on a budget, this hotel is perfect. You can't get a better location for that price: you can see the Duomo from the entrance. The room we got was clean and cleaned everyday. The shower was in the room. We got real towels...More
