We were supposed to have a safe, air conditioning, and a fridge in the room, at list according to the reservation, but we had non of them. The shower was at the end of the hallway, and there were no hot water! And the owner didn't know singlish so he didn't understood the things we ask for.and when we wanted to check...

It's all really run down, the reception is different to where you actually stay. The owner mentioned it was an old theatre. The history is lovely but the premises need to be much better for guests. The room we supposedly booked was not ready so we were 'upgraded to bigger room', the downstairs door to get to the apartment you...

Obviously we should've read the reviews before booking this place! We wanted to like this place mostly for the price and its location. The owner told us he would upgrade us and we got a private bathroom/shower rather than the shared. From the get go we had issues regarding payment the moment we checked in. He wanted a cash payment...

I booked a room one month in advance at Hotel Etrusca, when I arrived they told me the Hotel was full and had no room for me, although I had the confirmation of reservation on my hands. Then I was sent to Hotel Souvenir and the nightmare started: My "room" was not even a real room (it had a glass...

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. First, we came during the normal check-in time but there was nobody at the reception. We had to wait for a long time to check in. In the last night in the hotel, when we came back to hotel, one of our suitcase was stolen. We had 2 suitcases, one was not locked,...

I was transferred here because the hostel I booked was full. Location was north side of Florence, about 10 min walk from the centre, but was in a rougher part. The man who worked there made up a price per night based on nothing really, my room was 40 Euros a night, cheap but still not worth it. The room...

Save yourself your euros and put it towards a better hotel. We got there and our room was awful- there was poop already in the shared toilet and it wouldn't flush, it smelled terrible and the shower in our room took up so much space! Then the guy at the desk showed us a nicer room for 4 people and...

Whatever this place is, it is not a hotel as English speakers understand that word. The general service and facilities here are more akin to what you might expect at a backpackers hostel or campsite. If you have ever travelled in Morocco and stayed in one of the lower-end hotels or pensiones that you find in the old medinas, you...

I booked a room there, one month in advance for the beginning of July which is a peak for tourism in Italy. It is one of the cheapest place to stay in and the quality is rather good. There are many services available : daily cleaning, free wi-fi, large tv, private or shared bathroom, etc. I think you can also ask...
