Ideal location for visiting florence being less than 10 mins walk from Firenze SN train station and the tourist attractions. Rooms were clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Nice views of the Duomo from the roof terrace and dinning room. Continental style breakfast provided was good. It is on the third floor but it seems a little harsh to criticise because...

This was one of the worst places we have stayed. We stayed in room 1. At four o'clock in the morning we began hearing the Vespas buzzing by on the street below owing to our proximity to a busy street. The smells that began emanating from the bathroom were not pleasant. The location is a good walking distance to the...

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located about 10 -12 min walk from Florence SMN train station. The hotel is on the third floor of the building without elevator, but the owner has helped with our luggage, so it was not an issue at all. Very clean and quiet. The breakfast selection is very good...

On the roof top there is an open terrace for guests with amazing views to the Duomo. From the breakfast room you can also enjoy that view, so it´s a great...

The location is excellent, view of the Duomo on one of 2 terraces available for guests. Breakfast included fruit, cappuccino, several assorted bread, biscotti, cheese, meats. Percy was most accommodating and there for our every need. I would highy recommend...

Entrance is by large wooden door right on the street. 69 stone steps to get to reception area and room, but well worth the climb. Our room was lovely - large and airy, with two long windows opening out onto street. Street noise, which was to be expected. Beds were really comfortable, shower good. Airconditioning really worked, not governed as...

Good location, close to Duomo. Nice restaurants around. Rooms are quiet and nice. The breakfast was just ok. From the roof it offered an excellent vue of town. The toillets need some big improvement. Not bad for a short stay.
