I am a frequent visitor to Firenze and usually am teaching and staying in an apartment. Whenever I am there at leisure I usually stay at Il Palazzo Serristori! Their location is Altro-Arno, on the other side of the Arno directly across from Santa Croce....More
The apartment was just what we needed. The kitchen area made staying with a baby so much more comfortable than in a hotel. The staff were attentive and helped us a lot - and Daniela even noticed from our passports that it was my wife's...More
Our family stayed in the three bedroom Ponte Vecchio apartment for 3 nights in July. From the first contact with Daniela, the entire experience was excellent and exceeded all our expectations. The building's location is near enough to all of Florence's wonderful sights yet just...More

yes, our residence is near to the city center but, in the same time, in a quiet area

I lived in Florence for several years & wanted to return for a month long visit. I did not want to stay in a hotel or wear out my welcome staying with friends. Palazzo Serristori was the perfect option.

Just outside the ancient walls of Florence, Viale Michelangiolo starts. It is a winding road rimmed by wonderful poplars and holm oaks. The long ascent opens up to the most beautiful and famous panoramic viewpoint of Florence: Piazzale Michelangelo, where an elevated terrace offers visitors an incomparable and breathtaking view of the entire city from above. During good weather, Piazzale Michelangelo provides
visitors with a serene space surrounded by the amazing landscape, better if accompanied by a fresh gelato from a local kiosk. During night, visitors will be dazzled by the warm lights of the capital of the Renaissance. Spend a second with the silent Romanesque beauty of the Basilica of San Miniato al Monte: the one that wishes good morning and good night to Florence!
