Great location, quiet and steps away from the Main Train station and local stores and restaurants. Their buffet breakfast was awesome. Choice of sandwiches and continental. I could fill my flash with h/c water from their water dispenser for free. The staffs and owner were very helpful with directions and even offered to make bookings on our behalf to beat...

This hotel met our needs in Florence. Good breakfast selection, Reception was good, when we checked in we needed another pillow, the girl at front desk was prompt at bringing one up and she was friendly when we left hotel and returned. Hotel had a unique but nice look to it. It is fairly large so it does not have...

5 minutes walk from the train station, walking distance to all major attractions. Exceptional breakfast, very good service. Refrigerator and safe in the room. Laundry service. Excellent room with very good beds. Very small shower (smaller than on a cruise ship); otherwise, it would be perfect hotel.

Location was brilliant - quiet, but just a short walk to the Duomo and station. Room was lovely and was clean, and breakfast was extensive! However, our welcome on arrival was disinterested at best - and we were soaked through after getting caught in a downpour. Girl on desk the next day was much more friendly.

We wanted an hotel near the railway station for one night and Mia Cara was perfect. It's within easy walking distance to the station, even with suitcases. It's also a great part of town with plenty of restaurants and cafes and close to sights. Our room was very clean and well maintained. Great breakfasts, can't fault this hotel.

We stayed in this small hotel for a week while I attended a conference in Florence. The hotel room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Breakfasts were good, and the location was quiet. All of the wonderful sites of Florence are in easy walking distance. This is not a fancy place, but perfectly done...

What a great hotel in spectacular Florence, reception was always eager to help and at €110 a night the room was great! Lovely outside areas to relax after a long day of sight seeing. Staff were friendly and helped us with some great recommendations on where to find quality restaurants. Breakfast was good value. Will definetely recommend

We were first put in a room that wasn't big enough to swing the proverbial cat round in, but very clean and tidy. Then put into a larger room which again very clean and tidy. Noisy because it was on the street side. TV very small, no English programs. Breakfast was a bit crowded, only a small room and items...
