The owners become "friends" giving their utmost service and guidance. We stayed 6 nights and ate at the hotel 3 nights since the food is so exceptional...prepared with love and passion to suit individual tastes. Rooms are exceptionally clean, well decorated and feel cozy since there are only two guestrooms. We could live months in this charming place.

My husband and I had the most wonderful dinner here! It was the best we had during our entire 3 week trip. We tried to stay but they were booked. If you can't stay then dinner is a must!

I stayed at Giglio Bianco with my daughter for 3 nights in September and found myself wishing for more time. The service was friendly and personal, the room lovely. Varenia and Edoardo made reservations for us at the big museums and helped us navigate for our first time in Florence. Varenia is a wonderful cook. We took advantage of the...

We stayed here for two nights and I couldn't be happier with our decision. The location was great as it was within walking distance of Ponte Vecchio and other sights within Florence. The room was clean, very spacious and welcoming. The bathrooms were spotless. Breakfast was very good and made fresh by Varinia. Internet is also provided which we found...

This was home for two days at the end of a two week trip to Tuscany. I was tired. I was grumpy! Varinia and Edoardo took me in, gave me a huge room by Florence standards and fed me well. I like this Oltrarno location. Florence in general is very easy to navigate and I'm glad to be away from...

Stayed at the Giglio Bianco with wife and young son early in September. Varinia and Edoardo were so helpful in making us feel relaxed and ensuring that we knew where to head off to in Florence, including booking tickets for the museums and where the bext ice cream is to be had! We ate a meal prepared by Varinia and...

Once you walk up the stairs & enter Edoardo & Varinia's charming B&B, you will be more than pleased with your decision. They both make this an excellent choice to stay when in Florence, & as hosts are friendly, attentive, helpful & fun. The B&B itself is very comfortable, clean, quiet at night & excellent value in an expensive city....

We stayed for four nights. The B&B decor is charming with warm wood and traditionally furnished living and dining rooms. The staff (Varinia and Eduardo)is extraordinary, helpful in every way. I would recommend Giglio Bianco to anyone who wants to splurge a little or, if this is the sort of place you are used to, I can't imagine you'd be disappointed....

We found this to be a very convenient base for exploring the sights of Forence and although not in the very centre, was within a short walk of the main sights. Our hosts were very helpful and friendly and the room clean and quiet. There is a very good reasonably priced restaurant about 10mins walk away -'Casalinga'.

We stayed here for two nights as part of our honeymoon and it was simply wonderful. Eduardo and Varinia (the owners) could not have been more helpful. Eduardo gave us superb recommendations for places to eat for lunch and evening meals, provided us with a mobile phone in case of any problems and helped us pre-book gallery visits. Varinia cooked...

“There are only two rooms at this Bed and Breakfast. Both are the same size with the same view... one is green and one is red. The red room has a DVD player, the green room does not. The red room's bathroom is probably a little nicer and the green room's bathroom was added post construction.”
