This was a lovely B&B and we were made to feel very welcome by Enricho! It was in a great spot just 20mins walk from the centre of florence but lots of lovely cafes, shops close by too. Really good stay- very clean and friendly.

This place was great. Had the room with frescoed ceiling. Great location, easy walk all over city. Spent five days And enjoyed them all. Nice clean and quite room, good breakfast as well. Enrico the host was wonderful and a great help in planning and acquiring tickets for us. Would stay again in a minute.

My friend and I booked this b & b through AAA. The room was so pretty and comfortable, immaculately clean with a lovely modern bath. The location was so convenient and Enrico went so far out of his way to make our stay a pleasure. We hated to leave for Rome and would go back in a heartbeat.

We booked this room as part of a package through Avios but based on reviews on Trip Advisor. We were not disappointed. Enrico is very helpful and goes out of his way to help. We had breakfast which was an additional 4 euros each and very well worth it. You can make tea and coffee in the reception/breakfast area as...

Nice b & b in Florence, neat and clean, spacious airy room, approachable easily by a bus from the train station. But the best thing is the owner of the place Enrico. He is best host/ caretaker I encountered in entire Italy and Paris. A genuine and a warm guy. He makes you feel at home. Breakfast is available at...

He's English was great, he hauled out a map and showed us bus routes to get into Florence, (you can walk as well) the bus stop was just around the corner from the B&B, and the grocery store where we bought the bus tickets...

On the plus side: On arriving we were given a room which did not fit what we've booked but thankfully la gentile signora (Enrico's mum) sorted out another room for.us and the matter was resolved appropriately. The rooms were very clean! Enrico's mum was very helpful with all our queries. On the other hand...AC was not cold enough. No lifts...

Visited as family of 4. Lovely large and clean room and bathroom. Access to a shaded terrace. Enrico and his mother were gracious hosts and helped us find our way around. The B&B is ideally situated to walk to the centre of Florence or along the Arno. Very conveniently situated for bus routes as well

Just stayed at the Cimabue 9 with my daughter. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast! Enrico was a delight and recommended lovely restaurants for us. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We even had a door to the outside terrace! The location was just outside the old city and we ended up walking a...
