We booked this hotel after seeing it on booking.com and we received what we asked for, even some specifications of ours. The reception was really nice(all the staff was respectful and helpful). They also gave us a very helpful map of Florence. It was close to the bus station and to some stores from which we could get groceries. The...

This hotel shouldn't be allowed to be functioning. We had booked the hotel in advance on Expedia but upon arriving at the hotel, we noticed it wasn't what was advertised online. My mother asked to view the room before checking in and the gentleman at the front desk did not allow it and said we would have to pay regardless....

Quadra Key Residence is situated in a nice rezidental suburban neighbourhood. If you are coming to Florence with a car it's better if you don't go in to the city center and just leave in the garage-don't even bother with public parking Antwerpena. The bus stop is just a around the corner and in 15 minutes you will arrive in...

Rooms are clean and spacious. Receptionists are all very nice and helpful! Only drawback is that you need to take taxi to go to attractions. One way taxi is around 15 euros. Receptionist will help you to call taxi, which usually arrive within 5 minutes.

I stayed here from 28 May - 1 June as a base for visiting Florence and attending the MotoGP race in Mugello. Yes, it's situated out of town but it makes no secret of this and the fact that the number 22 bus (for which you can buy a family ticket at reception, valid for 24 hours, for €6) runs...

I stayed at Quadra Key Residence for two nights with my wife and daughter. It is a bit far from the Florence city centre and the main Santa Novella station - around 4 to 5km - but one can take bus number 22, which stops just a few minutes from the apartment and is also very frequent. The apartment is...

We had an apartment booked in Quadra Key Residence for Mid May. The apartment was clean and tidy and very spacious. The check in was quick and hassle free and the staff seemed pleasant. The hotel is far out the city but you can take a bus that takes 20 mins or so, not really a problem apart from the...

To start off, this hotel looks really good in pictures, but do not be fooled. I agree that the rooms are clean, but that is the only good thing about this hotel. We stayed here in early May and it was around 80-90F degrees in Florence. The A/C AND the AIR were turned off by the hotel staff. When I...

This hostel is far from the city center. There is a bus that drives to the center and they help you with it. Having said that the rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Heated showers fridges and a kitchenette. Warm water and lots of fun.
