The B&B IL Seminario is absolutely wonderful, in every way possible! It -- and the entire city of Lucca -- was a bellissimo place to celebrate our 30th anniversary. Location is a quieter part of Lucca, but still very close to the wall (for wonderful walking), San Martino Cathedral, San Giovanni, San Michele, and easily walkable to any site in...

We stayed here for three nights and found it a very comfortable and convenient base to see the sights of Pisa, Florence and Lucca itself. The rooms were very clean and had all the amenities, and it was an added bonus to be able to help ourselves to tea, coffee and biscuits as we wanted, There was a good breakfast...

Just coming to an end of stay here. Walking distance from Lucca station. This is a really lovely place to stay. The rooms are comfortable clean with air conditioning if required. We had breakfast every morning which was just what we needed before a days sightseeing. Tea and coffee were available throughout the day should you want it. All of...

Excellent in every way. Our room, which was up two flights of stairs (no lift), turned out to be a well-equipped and very comfortable studio apartment with cooking facilities. The location is perfect since the town and train station are within easy walking distance. We very much enjoyed the buffet breakfast and loved the idea that we were able to...

I spent 2 weeks at Il Seminario while I attended language school in Lucca. Being by myself, I wanted a homey, welcoming, comfortable base, and I found it. The room was great, the breakfast fantastic, and the location is very handy. It is close to everything but enough away from the center as to be very quiet. The friendly staff...

This lovely BnB is a must stay if you are visiting Lucca. The room is clean and beautifully Italian - exactly as it appears in their posts. It is very easy to find and just a short walk from the train station and is inside the old walled city - very cool! The breakfast is one of the best I...

Just perfect! Location is very central, within the walls of this very beautiful city. Very friendly. Very cozy and clean. We got a huge room under the Roof, which was hot at the first moment, but there is air condition. Very recommended!
