Found the hotel on the internet, and it was cheap for a 4 star hotel. It is ideally located - 20 minutes walk from the airport (if you feel like walking!), 15 minutes walk from the train station and 15 minutes walk from the leaning tower. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - I found out later when one...

We stayed here for two nights at the beginning of our 13 night trip to Italy. We are a family of four (2 adults/2 children) and booked the quad room and I have to say we were very pleased with what we got. The main bedroom which contained a double bed and a single was plenty big enough with another...

I decided to opt for this hotel because the reviews were satisfactory. I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights together with my English wife and two teenage daughters and I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a hotel close to the train station and the Pisa Tower. Our quadruple room was in a way split into three...

You aren't going to get any special views from your room, but its location is such an easy walking distance to sights, shops (closed on Sundays!) and station. The staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, the beds really comfortable. The air conditioning was controllable and didn't make an annoying noise at night. Our bathroom was huge...

This hotel is friendly, clean, well decorated and the rooms are pleasant. We had a room over looking the road which proved to be quite noisy at certain times of the day, but quiet through the night. The staff were polite and even though we arrived before check in time our rooms were ready and they let is have them...

This is a great hotel, very clean and in a good location for visiting the sights. We stayed for one night before catching the train to Florence and managed to get a really good price for the room. We arrived about 11.30am and we were able to leave our bags and go for a walk as our rooms weren't ready...

We spend a night here at the end of our honeymoon before flying home. Our room was spacious, the bathroom was huge and we really appreciated the air-conditioning! The staff were very efficient and helpful. The breakfast was fine and it was nice to have some hot options. I do agree with the other reviewers that the coffee is a...

minimal if any assistance at the check in at our arrival, nobody asked if we needed any help with the luggage or if the battle to get a parking space in a courtyard went well or not, we were given the two smallest rooms I ve ever seen, the kids room (222) was a small corridor with two singles head...

Valued Guest, thanks a lot for being our guest last week. We deeply regret that you didn't use the chance to communicate with us during the stay instead of complaining in this passive way. Our air conditioning is working perfectly has it has been completely renovated last year. Usually clients use the remote control in the room in order change...

I agree with all the positive things said about this hotel. It is on the opposite side of the river to Tower but still only a short walk away. The rooms have a safe, air conditioning, a mini bar (with free water), soft towels, a wall mounted flat screen TV with some English channels and copious toiletries - all of...
