We spent four nights at the Hotel Amalifitana. The hotel is ideally situated, literally a 5 minute walk away from the Campo dei Miracoli where the Tower, Cathedral & Baptistery can be found, as well as many lovely restaurants and bars. The hotel staff were very friendly & helpful & although we didn't eat at the hotel we did have...

The hotel was fairly average, with a plain room and a street view. The location was nice, however, since it was within walking distance to both the train station and the Piazza Dei Miracoli. One plus was the breakfast, which they offer for €5 per person. It was very good, with soft croissants and a large selection and fresh juices,...

As one of a party of 8 travellers, initially the staff were helpful and the rooms were fine, the experience was tarnished when, after settling the bill in cash on arrival, the credit card used to secure the booking was re-charged and then the hotel claimed that we hadn't paid in cash. Numerous phone calls and emails to the hotel...

I was with a party of 8 professional people who stayed at this hotel 19th September 2015. (Please read the review titled) A SAD FOOTNOTE TO A GREAT HOLIDAY. I can only add that I have been greatly saddened and disappointed by the lies and dishonesty of a staff member employed at this hotel. It has certainly made me less...

Our party of 8 stayed at Hotel Amalfitana on the 19th Sept. Our experience of the hotel was a positive one. It's within a 5 min walk from the tower, the hotel is clean and comfortable and we found the staff welcoming and friendly. We arrived at night, paid for our 4 rooms in cash and then ate on the...

We were staying two nights before exploring Tuscany. The staff are excellent and so welcoming. Hello to Stefan who made me smile more than once - a young man with a sense of humour! The rooms were comfortable although the bed was a little firm for me but we slept well. The shower was a little mouldy but for the...

This was a fabulous little hotel, great location. And the staff were all so friendly, nothing too much trouble. The rooms were comfortable, the bathrooms were a little small, but clean. My husband did find the bed too hard, but it suited me. The garden resteraunt was great, and the food lovely. You literally had a 5 minute walk to...

We stayed in Pisa only one night so we needed to stay somewhere close to the tower. The hotel is only 10 mins away and for what we paid we couldn't have asked for more. The staff were very friendly, breakfast was good and the room very clean.

We stayed for 2 nights at the beginning of our current travels around Italy. Fabulous location close to the leaning tower as well as city centre. Reception staff were nice and very friendly. Bed wasn't that comfortable but great air conditioning which is a must during the summer in Italy. Bathroom had hair in the sink and poor drainage. But...
