Ideally located for the leaning tower and very close to the railway station San Rossare 5 mins. walk out the hotel door passing front of the Kronos Sport to the end of the road with a path straight into the station for trains to Lucca, Florence, Livorno and Central Station etc. The hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms, and good selection...

We found the front desk to be very unfriendly to tourists. Catered mainly to the locals versus obvious Asian looking tourists. I understand we're don't speak the language but be patient with your guests. Problem when everyone was up there was no water pressure. The shower was barely flowing when used. The area for internet usage to print your boarding...

I visited Grand Hotel Bonanno in November with a group of friends and I enjoyed my stay there. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. There is a free WiFi and very good breakfast. The hotel is near to a train station as well as to the main touristic attractions in Pisa.

A 10 minute quiet walk from the leaning tower. The rooms are modern and clean, the breakfast is continental, but with a great range. The wifi is good and the staff are helpful. Only negative is that the train station is a good 25 minute walk away, so especially if you have heavy luggage and the money, get a taxi....

No wifi signal in the room! That's unacceptable!!! Also, the bathroom was dirty! Hairdryer doesn't work! In the mini bar there was only water. In fours stars hotel?? I don't think so! This is for two stars, maximum!

Also there is no WiFi in the rooms which is really a must in this day and age. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really nice, they had...

Only a 15 minute walk to the star attraction was such a bonus. The cleanliness and firm mattress for a good nights rest came close behind, followed by the choice and selection of food on offer at breakfast. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and this hotel really is good value for money. They could further improve by responding to...

This hotel is a great base for visiting many places in Tuscany. The rooms are clean, as is the hotel. The staff are friendly and speak good English. Nothing is too much trouble and they are pleased to help you plan your daily trips with useful travel information. It's a short walk to the famous tower and 5 mins to...

This hotel is very close to a train station - Pisa S. Rossore and a bus station. Travelling from the airport to this hotel is around 10min and cost €1.20... the hotel is also located 5 min walk from the leaning tower. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The cleanness of the room was great.
