I read a lot of reviews before booking this hotel and I have to be honest I was a bit worried that I was going to be very dissapointed. But let me assure you, if you're visiting Pisa, you aren't going there to sit in the hotel all day and therefore, for the price, this hotel is completely adequate. It...

The Hotel was average but would not say 4 star rating, staff very helpful, breakfast disappointing , plenty of cold selection but the scrambled egg, sliced sausage and bacon were Luke warm, either the plate warmer was not working or not very efficient. Great location for train and walking distance to Leaning tower of Pisa, also us service regular to...

Mixed reviews here. The check in process was great - really helpful & efficient staff member, check out not so much. The lobby area is nothing to write home about, corridors to bedrooms are nice though & the decor there & in the rooms is cute. We had a twin room on the ground floor & maybe that was our...

Looking back now on our Fawlty towers experience we can laugh but at the time we weren't so happy. The hotel is well located for exploring the city of Pisa and the square with the leaning tower. As this was our honeymoon we booked a junior suite in this four star?? hotel. I have stayed in nicer hostels. The room...

Ideally located for the leaning tower and very close to the railway station San Rossare 5 mins. walk out the hotel door passing front of the Kronos Sport to the end of the road with a path straight into the station for trains to Lucca, Florence, Livorno and Central Station etc. The hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms, and good selection...

We found the front desk to be very unfriendly to tourists. Catered mainly to the locals versus obvious Asian looking tourists. I understand we're don't speak the language but be patient with your guests. Problem when everyone was up there was no water pressure. The shower was barely flowing when used. The area for internet usage to print your boarding...

I visited Grand Hotel Bonanno in November with a group of friends and I enjoyed my stay there. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. There is a free WiFi and very good breakfast. The hotel is near to a train station as well as to the main touristic attractions in Pisa.

A 10 minute quiet walk from the leaning tower. The rooms are modern and clean, the breakfast is continental, but with a great range. The wifi is good and the staff are helpful. Only negative is that the train station is a good 25 minute walk away, so especially if you have heavy luggage and the money, get a taxi....

No wifi signal in the room! That's unacceptable!!! Also, the bathroom was dirty! Hairdryer doesn't work! In the mini bar there was only water. In fours stars hotel?? I don't think so! This is for two stars, maximum!

Good location. The trains and bus service is really accessible from the hotel. the hotel was very hot no air-conditioning the staff are not allowed to turn it on. Also there is no WiFi in the rooms which is really a must in this day and age. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really nice, they had...
