I arrived by train from Pisa and only had a map printout to find my way there. What that didn't tell me was that the way from the station is very steep and along a major road I had to cross, so I was gross and sweaty when I got to the house. I'd recommend taking a taxi or taking the escalators inside the train station into another part of town and making your way from there, much easier! The B&B itself is located at the end of a road. There is a garden and a little swimming pool out back, which I had to myself the one time I took some time off from the city. My room was next to the breakfast area, but since I got up early most mornings, I didn't mind that you could hear the other guests having their breakfast. I had the BEST cappuccino there! The room was very spacious, with a huge bathroom. I had a great view from my windows. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The wifi did not work all the time, but that was a minor inconvenience. Other reviewers already mentioned that the staff is not there all the time, so be prepared to mostly fend for yourself. They did give us their phone numbers, though, so in an emergency I could have called them. All in all I really enjoyed my stay there and would recommend this B&B for people who like to stay away from the busy city centre!

We hired the Villa Peragnola for 5 days to celebrate a big birthday, and cannot recommend it highly enough. Our hosts, Lucia and her family, welcomed us to their lovely villa, which was spotlessly clean, modern and newly renovated. Even though we were here in the cold month of January, the villa was cosy and warm throughout our stay. Each of the 5 bedrooms has a full ensuite bathroom and the villa was very comfortable for our group of 10; it was spacious, and we did not feel crowded. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, and an ample supply of dishes and cutlery. Likewise, the bathrooms were well-equipped and included a hairdryer in each. Lucia gave very good advice about places to visit in Siena. We would definitely go back!

Very nice place. Modern rooms and interior. Small but nice swimming pool. Unfortunately no WiFi in the rooms and the one that is in dinning area had tendencies to not working, but the personnel can always let you use their cable connected PC. Fridge in the room is rather looking better then working. You rather need a car to get there. Big, modern and clean bathroom!!!

This B&B is located in what appears to be the outskirts of Siena. I agree with the other reviewers: Walking to Siena takes quite a while, but you can enjoy the peace and quiet of this beautiful location. Our room was fairly large, but not soundproof! It was next to the breakfast area and the reception desk. Unless the guests and the staff keep their voice down, you can hear all their conversations (and they can hear you!). We chose this B&B because a reviewer had written that the beds are nice and soft. Our bed was not soft, but as hard as almost all European beds. The pillows were too firm. The room has 4 windows, 2 with shutters and 2 with pull down blinds that would not fully cover the windows. Too bad the owner has not invested money in better window coverings, since the sun shines now directly in your eyes. The facility is very clean and Silvia, who welcomed us and brought us cappuccinos at breakfast, was very friendly.

We only stayed one night here but it was really lovely. The owner was very welcoming and friendly. Lovely rooms and well decorated - very different to the typical style of the area so if it's your first time to Siena/Tuscany you might want something more traditional. Breakfast was great too.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. The rooms were very large, clean and tastefully decorated. There was a very nice outdoor pool and an area around the pool to lie and relax. The family who own the B&B were very friendly. Great breakfast spread, out of all of the B&Bs we stayed in in Italy, it was by far the best. Although this B&B is not located in the heart of the old town in Siena, the location was still fantastic. It is a short 5 min drive to the city or a half hour walk (we drove once but walked the other times as we quite enjoyed the walk). There is also ample free parking at the B&B. Really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 2 nights in a superior double room which was very spacious, new or newly renovated and more like a small apartment (without kitchen though). It is family-run and the owners were very nice. The place is located on the outskirts of Siena but if you don't using the bus you can be in the center in about 10 min. A car is still advisable unless you travel light but on the other hand the area is quiet and green. There is an outdoor pool but for my taste there was way too much chlorine in there. Breakfast and internet are included in the rate. The room rate is a bit high for what you get but it is definitely worth a stay!
