Worst coffee in Italy. Otherwise the breakfast was OK. The room seems to have been made from a conference room with an enormous mostly empty bathroom. Nice view but no aircon. They did offer to allow us to put our bikes in the room [difficult with a small lift], but we left them lightly secured in the bike rack in the garage without issue. i would not leave any valuable bike there.
Stayed for a weekend in April and it was a perfect hotel. Breatfast was basic but enough and coffee was good. Room was small but perfect and the balcony view was apicture postcard so defiantly get a balcony. The rooms were a ;ittle noisy but nothing major. Parking was a but of a pain but the street opposite was long and had free parking but just had to look for a space. It was a five min walk into the centre and a small family run pub just up the rad which was lovely. Would defintely return.
Just back from hotel minerva in sorrento. We had a fabulous 7 days. The hotel staff so friendly and very knowable about booking day trips. The breakfast was lovely fresh fruit was so good. Over all we would highly recommend hotel minerva. The views are out of this world. The pool is lovely with plenty of sun beds and towels for sun beds. Thank hotel minerva and all staff. Laura and Edward Conroy.
Great Hotel and the staff were also great. Room was a great size and very clean. Parking available in a secure area. Breakfast was included and it was lovely. Location was a short walk to the centre of all the action ie restaurants and shops.
Would highly recommend this hotel we have stayed many times over the years first visit since covid wouldn't stay anywhere else the staff are fabulous can't do even for you and on this visit we will like to give a massive shout out to Salvatore 5 stars we will see you all next year
This place was my favourite of our Tuscany stay. Friendly staff, and the views of the town were fabulous. If you can stretch to a terrace room it is well worth the spend - we loved ours. The breakfast was very good too. We had a lovely time, and if I ever return to Siena I will for sure stay here
Clean and cultured hotel, very good location. Breakfast could have been a little more plentiful, but the staff were nice, the garage spacious and very close. I strongly recommend to everyone. Thank you
We chose this hotel because it has a secure parking garage (20 euros per day extra charge). It is a clean, basic hotel. Do NOT drive past the hotel or you will enter a ZTL zone. Our first room was so tiny so we upgraded at a cost of 25 euros per day to a room with a huge terrace and view.
Very fine hotel with a/c, elevator and parking. Rooms with a balcony or terrace available. Ours 0006 had a terrace overlooking the city. They are taking COVID precautions seriously. It’s an uphill walk to town but that where the action is. Bus station about a 10 minute walk and train station about 20 minutes away Breakfast provided
Fantastic experience throughout the four days. Lovely people. Within walking distance of all the major sights in this extraordinary town. I’ve promised to learn Italian and come back soon for a longer visit.
