Good little hotel for the money- recommend room 467 as it has a nice big balcony which catches the sun even in November. Everything clean and very good breakfast. Nice staff and they can whizz up a taxi for you in three minutes.
My wife and I recently spent 4 nights at Hotel Italia. We were impressed by the location of the Hotel, Central to both the city as well as to day trips around Tuscany. The hotel was great, the room wonderful cozy and warm for the cold nights. the staff were exceptional and very accommodating, even making us coffee and pouring us a glass of wine when requested. The breakfast was great. I really can't say enough great things about Hotel Italia. I highly recommend it . And watch on their site the great the wonderful videos they made about the hotel.
This hotel is located near the train station with an escalator in the train station to bring you just steps from the front door. Clean room and nice sized bathroom as well. Very nice breakfast. the staff was very helpful and kind. The bar/lounge area is very nice and comfortable. Nice walk to the center which is one of my favorite places on earth!
Convenient, quiet location, just outside the main old city gates. Close to train and bus stations and city transportation. We loved their breakfast service although the Hotel could really benefit from a 2nd coffee machine. Certainly not plush but very adequate accommodation.
We spent 6 nights at Hotel Italia. It is located just outside the city walls, a pleasant 20 minute walk to the Campo. It is very close to the escalators that take you to the train station and bus stops are also close by. There is a self service laundry over the road which was a bonus for us. The room was clean and comfortable and we appreciated the lift. A plentiful breakfast is served each morning. The staff are particularly helpful and gave good recommendations for restaurants and information on public transport options.I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
The hotel's location is convenient - near the exit from the station. The staff was very friendly. The room was exceptionally clean. The only issues in the hotel are that the noise isolation between the rooms is quite weak and the bad mattress was relatively hard. Also, some room renovation is already required.
Staff very welcoming and both friendly and helpful. Room more than adaquate, and buffet breakfast plentiful. We stayed for just one night. Near to an underground shopping mall, which included a supermarket.
This was my second visit. Great location with easy walk into the centre of town and close to bus stop and train station. Staff just wonderful, very polite and helpful. Brilliant room with a terrace. Very comfortable and quiet. Good breakfast.
We enjoyed our stay in Siena. Hotel Italia is conveniently located, reasonably priced and charming inside The terrace that came with our room was the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine The staff is very accommodating and eager to help
Stayed for one night. Great location, just at the top of the escalators from the station and not far from the town centre. The room was clean and spacious. Bed was super comfy. Breakfast was nice, the reception staff were extremely helpful.
