The hotel and room is very basic, clean and simple but very basic. Not many plug sockets. Wi-fi connection was not the greatest. Our room was on top of the main street, which was very noisy during the early hours of the night/morning!! So if you can, ask for a room on the other side of the street. Staff were... More

This hotel was old but VERY clean and well maintained. Breakfast was basic but that's ok. Super location right the heart of the old town. Was able to see The Palio this time and it was exciting. My hotel was situated in the "Contrada" that won the Palio this year so needless to say there was not a lot of... More

First my two biggest complaints were the terrible WiFi in the rooms, and the breakfast being awful. WiFi in the rooms is sort of understandable as this is an old building made of thick stone, but the breakfast was very bad (stale bread, just cereal, bad coffee). The hotel was very conveniently located in the city, very close to all... More

I stayed in the hotel with some mates for a night. The hotel is in a central position which is very convenient to go out tonight. The reception is open 24h and the staff are kind. It's definitely worth the price and I'd recommend it if you're not looking for a luxurious hotel. Two negative things are the poor breakfast... More

The htl has a very good location, inside the pedestrian area and very close to historic sites. The staff is very welcoming and provide info you need. Rooms and bathrooms are small, they only have fans no air condition. Windows are on a pedestrian street and usually quiet after 10 or 11 pm. Basic breakfast Italian style (no eggs and... More

Our room was simple and had everything we needed. The bedding and towels were changed daily. The staff were friendly, welcoming and efficient. The location was perfect for us. It is very central and the places we wanted to visit can be reached very easily on foot.

We just spent one night here between our Siena-San Gimignano trip, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay on a budget. It is really close to piazza Il Campo, and to the main bus terminal in piazza Gramsci. A couple of minor flaws were the positioning of electric sockets in the room, and the... More

My accomodation was very good and the service was pretty much ok. Receptionist gave us directions where to eat and we were happy to follow his advices since we had one of our best meals. Only negative point was the breakfast that was extremely limited and there was noone there to give us some plates and glasses, Minor for ua... More

The location is really great, close to different food, on the way to the Campo, and check-in/check-out process is easy. Rooms are comfortable (beds and sheets are great), and even though the street can get noisy at night, the sound lessens after a certain hour and isn't too much of a bother. Also, there's a basic breakfast included, which was... More

Located just a few minutes from the Piazza Del Campo and close to the bus station, restaurants and shopping. During our stay the service was very good and friendly too. Our room was just average and basic but clean and with daily maid service. During our stay it was quiet at night and they have a receptionist on duty at... More
