This is a perfectly situated hotel, modest and unpretentious, but a great deal for the price. And they did me a marvelous favor. I had left a shirt on my bed, and they laundered it for me and gave it to the baggage handler of my bike tour who delivered it to my next hotel. they went above and beyond...

This hostel is located within 5-7 minutes walk from Piazza del Campo in a shopping street and, if you're arriving at night, you won't miss its big green neon sign at the entrance, so it's easy to find. The staff was very nice and always helpful. The room n.º30 was awesome, lots of space, places to store our stuff, TV,...

Comfortable but typical older Italian hotel. Put together over many levels, in and out of several buildings. It was clean affordable if a little quirky. We had a room that looked out over the street, nice view but always noisy. So central and so affordable, I'd stay again.

This is really more like a dormitory than what I would consider a Hotel. But Its clean, comfortable and well located. Short 5minute walk or less to the bus stop We had a large room for our family of 4 and it worked just fine. (We stayed just 1 night) At this price it is great value for money.

VERY loud room... we were unable to sleep because people were yelling and singing outside our window until almost 5am. The room itself is very bare and basic. There is paint peeling in the bathroom and the shower is over the toilet. There is a ceiling fan but it made such a squeeking noise that we could not use it....

I have stayed at the Albergo Cannon d'Oro six times and always return, as I plan to this May. The staff is helpful and very cordial. They are always very prompt in their communication. The rooms are clean and I have found the beds to be comfortable. It is a great value for those who need to be budget conscious....

We only spend one night in this hotel and found it perfectly fine and great for what you pay. We got a room at the back so there was no street noise. The room is very simple but spotlessly clean and large. Breakfast was the usual carbs + sugar, but there was an expresso machine. The staff are among the...

This "hotel" is ridiculously hard to find and forget about parking your vehicle nearby. We had to park in the free parking lot 2 miles away in public parking and take a taxi back to the hotel, and of course it was the long way around and cost over $18 us dollars. I understand now why you can not cancel...

Didn't have a reservation when walking into Siena and stumbled across this facility. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, and close proximity to the city central. Stayed in the "attic room" for 50 euro, our sweat deal for the entire trip.
