We booked this as a last minute decision to visit the area, The hotel was located central to the town of Assisi and 2mins walk to the famous Duomo Di San Francesco. The hotel is beautifully decorated with nice details, and is clean and comfortable the bedroom was pretty and had a lovely ensuite and shower. The staff were very...

This one of if not the newest hotel in Assisi, I am told. Situated on Via Frate Elia, this is the main walkway up to the basilica of St Francis in fact only 100m or so from it. The main square in Assisi is down the hill and then up again in the other direction and takes 10 minutes walk...

I think the best ratio price-quality. Good breakfast. Brand new rooms. And above all this the ladies that are on the front desk are extremely kind. Thanks! By the way, be ready to walk uphill. Downhill.. haha

This hotel sits only 200 yards from the Basilica of St. Francis. That is the good thing. The first day, we had a fairly surly gentleman check us in, yell at us for going into an unlocked room where we were trying to get ice and yell at us again for not being able to open the front door to...

Nice hotel. Staff are friendly. Breakfast was OK but not great. American coffee tasted a little like instant. Booked a suite but unlike the one in the photo the sofa was down the corridor in the entrance hall facing a wall. Would book a normal room unless you know which suite you are getting. There is a bar but it...

Situated almost next to the Basilica, this newly renovated boutique hotel a good locatio n (busstation also very near). Tastefully decorated (but a lot of steps up and down inside the hotel) Our room was tiny, but very clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom with good shower. Breakfast reasonably varied - although eggs were cold twice :-( Friendly staff !

Recommend this lovely unassuming little hotel. Quiet, cool, room (207 was very spacious) friendly attentive staff. It makes no special claims, but why would you sit at the feet of the Basilica of St Francesco! Have to be fairly mobile to negotiate steps and stairs, and car parking is some distance away.

Modern, clean and contemporary boutique hotel, just a few steps from the St. Francis Basilica. While the rooms were a little on the small side, they are a tremendous value and includes a continental breakfast. Just off the first bus stop into Assisi from the train station, steps from the Basilica, and a reasonable 10-15 minute walk from the center...
