This is our third time back at Bellaugello, and each time the experience gets better and better. With the stunning relaxing view and immaculate accommodation you couldn't ask for much more. You are welcomed by Alec, the host, who will do everything he can to make sure your stay is enjoyable. He also has a great deal of knowledge about...

I've always said that you can only find the magic of Italy in the countryside, and I found that magic at Bellaugello. From the moment you arrive you're warmly greeted and treated like family. Invited to group dinners, communal breakfasts and the ultimate gathering spot, the infinity pool. This is no regular pool. it's carved into the landscape and offer...

If you are looking for a magical place to stay that will allow you to unwind, relax, and be who you are, then look no further than Bellaugello. Our only regret was that our stay was not longer. The views are spectacular, the pool amazing, the Diva Suite was beautiful, and the staff were incredible. Alec, the owner is amazingly...

Stayed there a couple of nights in August. This place is fantastic the views are great; it is excellent for resting and for discovering Umbria (day trips to Gubbio, Assisi etc.). The owner and the personnel there are extremely friendly. During our visit, the guests were also pleasant and had very good manners. My impression was that the owner had...

This place is really amazing. The view of the valley is incredible, the staff is incredibly nice and so professional. We came here on the recommendation of friends and we were not disappointed. You get a very friendly welcome and our room (Azzurro) had the most magnificent view and was surrounded by lavender which kept the bees very happy. The facilities in the room are great - there is aven a 2 plate stove should you want to cook in...

Such an amazing get away from everything, with friendly staff and cosy accommodation but most of all, an amazing infinity pool and the best view imaginable. Go if your gay. ;) But all are welcome, I guess. We stayed at the Diva suite. It's too white for our taste, but most other rooms are the rustic feel you like to...

5 suites, an infinity pool and a view to die for. If this is the last I will ever lay my eyes on, I could be happy. Come during 15th May, when the Festa die Cheri is held in Gubbio (15 minutes drive). Or come in the summer and enjoy Alec's hospitality and out of this world food.

My partner and I stayed at Bellaugello for four nights in mid-April. Even in the early season, we had excellent weather and left today feeling refreshed and suntanned. The Diva suite is wonderfully comfortable, with dining area and kitchenette. Huge bed. Walk-in shower. Breathtaking scenery and stunning views over the Chiascio valley. Marvellous breakfast every morning. Alec is a charming...
