We had five nights in this hotel, half board, with transfers, a tourist train ride and cooking lesson included. Hotel is very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom very nicely appointed. The management are aware that the decor is a bit dated and are hoping to address that in the winter season. We brought a power adaptor with...

Firstly The Hotel is definitely not a 4* It's clean and the food is good and the staff are excellent but they can only do what they can do with a tired and desperately in need of a refurbishment Hotel. It was like stepping back into the 60's. The food is typically Italian which we liked, we only made it...

We stayed as a group of four on a Broadway break. We received a warm welcome and were shown to our rooms by Pepe. The rooms were a bit dated but very clean with an extremely comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean with sufficient towels/bath mat/toiletries. The evening meals were from a choice of three dishes for starter/mains/dessert. We had...

Although the hotel is a little dated, the welcome was very warm. It is about 10 minutes walk from the medieval town of Gubbio which is beautiful and there are many lovely walks and churches to visit. The food was varied and good quality and the cookery lesson was fun. You can visit Assisi or Perugia by bus or car...

We arrived at the hotel on a deal from Broadway Travel. When they say the cost was too good to be true that's usually right. In this case it was spot on!!! We were warmly greeted by Marko at the airport and once more greeted by Pepe at the hotel. These guys were very friendly and would do anything for...

Arrived to a warm welcome. Showed to our tired looking room, curtains paper thin, broken at the rail. Did some exploring of Gubbio until dinner time. I was expecting delicious Italian food, oh boy was I disappointed (although the homemade tagliatelle was nice on the first day) after that, packet pasta. All I can say is thank goodness for the...

The hotel is well located within a few minutes walk of this attractive ancient hillside town. Rooms are spacious and clean, food excellent and I cannot praise the staff enough well managed by Pepe. On our half board stay we had a cookery lesson which was not too frightening! The whole 5 days exceeding our requirements and would certainly recommend...

What a disappointment this hotel is reviews are misleading to say the least. This is not a 4 star hotel for starters more like 1 star. Rooms are dated, beds are hard, air conditioner doesn't work, toilet paper is like sand paper, rooms are in need of a total refurb. Bring your own toiletries shampoo soap are not replenished 4...

I stayed here for 5 nights on a half board basis. The food was very good. The staff were all incredibly helpful and always polite and well informed. Hotel very clean. We had a cookery lesson as part of our package and this was great fun and included a three course meal with wine. Very well situated to explore Gubbio...
