Stayed here on a family holiday for almost 2 weeks. Very well supplied with everything you need in kitchen, extra bed duvets and beach towels. Lino and Megan are wonderful hosts, full of local knowledge, directions, suggestions, the little pieces of local know how that really helps. Lovely fresh eggs from their hens for our whole stay, was really appreciated....

It is all that the reviews describe - a very comfortable house set on a hill among olive groves with a superlative view over the valley; rural, but with easy access by car to Perugia, Assisi, Lake Trasimeno and cities beyond. Megan and Lino were...

It is wonderful to read the reviews of Villa Rosa and to see that Megan and Lino are still working their magic. I should have written this review immediately after we stayed there in 2004! Time and many more trips to Italy and France have passed but I would love to add my endorsement of this beautiful property. Others have...
