In general we found the hotel very good value for money. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We did not find the buffet breakfast to our liking and would prefer a selection of cold meats, bread etc rather than be given bread, yoghurt and crossants at our table. We found the hotel very difficult to find even though... More

Great location, free parking, clean and friendly staff. On the downside, access is by a small side street and the rooms are very dated with no air conditioning. On the whole a great place to stay.

Hotel is tucked away up a side alley of via Cavour....if you catch the bus from the train station get off at Tres Arches and turn right...hotel is well signposted from there and even though it is tucked away you cant miss the signs. Hotel its self is your basic three star hotel it is nothing fancy but it is... More

Book room nr 352, pay 10 € extra and get a truly magical, panoramical view of Perugia with your own terrace and a table with two chairs. We paid 69€ for this room and we loved how we could open a bottle of red local wine and enjoy the view. The staff was extremely friendly and service-minded. Our room was... More

Excellent quality/price ratio (we benefited from an offer on a superior room) even if breakfast not included. The room was simple but comfortable and clean, with air conditioned and free wifi. Excellent location in the city centre (15 minutes by foot from Corso Vannucci). The personnel was kind. The panorama from the room's terrace was not so itneresting (on the... More

We stayed here one night in July at the end of a 3 week driving tour around Italy. We regret not having more time. We were in the room on level 2 with a terrace, and got the most stunning views out over Umbria. The staff were very helpful, taking our luggage to our room from our car (a service... More

We stayed for four nights, and paid a few euros more for a room with a balcony, which proved to be a good move: the balcony was large, with magnificent views across Umbria. The room itself was pleasant, albeit fairly small, and the same went for the bathroom. The location is very convenient: the hotel is tucked up an alley... More

Been there 14 years ago and the hotel is still superb. We totally agree with the other TripAdvisor reviews. Centrally situated. Nice newly refurbished rooms. The one that we had with a beautiful view costs 5 € more than the others without view. Very friendly service, especially by the Filipino guy whose name I unfortunately forgot. (He also gave us...
