This hotel is a short walk from the main station though is directly on a tram line (which we caught going back to the station because it was raining). We had been upgraded and were given a great suite - decor very Hercule Poirotish if you watch that series! Lounge and kitchen area with coffee machine, fridge, micro-wave, sink. Huge,...

The room was incredibly hot. We found the air con didn't work so had to resort to opening the windows. With it being a room at the front of the hotel the noise was quite considerable, especially from the wheels of the trams EVERY 12 min all night. After a very very poor nights sleep I reported this to the...

Staying in Hotel in Geneva during the motor-show is always special. Despite being fully booked the hotel staff did it utmost to make you feel @ home. Ok, the room I has was really small and rather hot during the night but all in all is was a very good experience.

The room is old and different from the pictures displayed in the website. The carpet is dated, the bathroom really small, with uncomfortable shower. The location is very practical (only 3 minutes walk from the train station and just across the tram stop). The staff at the check-in was friendly. The breakfast is very limited although the croissants are really...

My room was good, nice and clean and a good size double bed, nice bathroom and shower worked well. However try and get a room at the back of...

My wife and I stayed for two nights. Very nice and contemporary hotel with plenty of charm. Located next to the train station with lots of places to eat and drink nearby and close to the city and lake. Lovely hotel, will return soon.

Very nice facility. Short walk to the railroad station and many good restaurants. There is a tram stop outside the front door. The room was nice and very well kept. The staff was very polite and helpful. But as with so many hotels in Europe, the ability to control the temperature in the room was lacking. We were on the...

I've been visiting this hotel for years I just love how the location is so convenient and close to literally everything from train station to the lake to downtown and so many more places. Rooms are clean and the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.
