I LIKED: - decently priced - stylish room, yet small - located close to the station and at a stone's throw from the lake, with free public transport (you get a free card from the hotel - true for all hotels in Geneva) - friendly staff - good value for money - classy considering the price and the location I...

This hotel is one of several they have in Geneva. They give you discounts to eat in the restaurants for the hotel group. The restaurant in the Royal was excellent. The bar is lively, and the drinks were good. The lobby is tight and busy, but tastefully appointed. They always have cookies and apples in the lobby for guests. The...

Staying on business with my wife, I upgraded to a junior suite, which on the hotel website, boasts a kitchenette. This is a locked cupboard with basic kitchen facilities, but on enquiring about the key for the cupboard, was told at reception this was 50SFr (about £35) per night! If like me, you abhor Nespresso pod coffee, there was no...

The staff showed great cooperation & hospitality, the location of the hotel is very good, Booking through booking.com was so easy, There is a halal restaurant just in front of the hotel. They provide you with a free ticket for all public transportation facilities, free Wifi as well. I enjoyed my stay in general.

Stayed here for a week in April. It's good location, considering its not far, on walking distance, from all attractions in Geneva, and at the other hand it's also not far (10-15 mins walking) from WTO and WMO, which were my points of interest. Disappointing to me was a size of rooms (I have changed two of them) - small,...

On arrival we were shown into the car park beneath the hotel and assisted with our luggage. Check in was quick and efficient and we were informed of a free upgrade to a Superior Room, which was good. Nicely decorated, with a very comfortable bed and sofa, this large bedroom also possessed a bathroom large enough to enable a strong...

It is all about location...location...location - walking distance from train station, in front of tram station, next to Lidl super market, walking distance from Lake Geneva and Botanical Garden. It serves the purpose for a family or business visitor. Price is expensive (and fluctuates wildly depending upon the season!) but so is everything else in this city.

We were in a Standard-Room which was labelled "from CHF 615" with CHF 30 extra for breakfast. The room was clean but run down. There were holes in the carpet, fissures in the curtain and spallings in the bath. The bucket in the bathroom had lost its cover and a bulb its light. The room was situated to the street,...

I reserved the junior suite for 3 adults and 1 child for 1 week. Advantage : 1. The Hotel is clean and the bed was comfortable & cozy. 2. The staff were very friendly except some of them. 3. The tram is opposite to the hotel's door and you can use the free public transport card. 4. The Nsspresso capsules...
