Majors points are: Advertisement: The happy photograph displayed in the Booking.com ad has little to do with the actual room you actually get. The spaciousness and brightness feeling it induces may be an artifact constructed from an actual picture that has been improved via Photoshop. The bed was terrible. I wonder where they collected it. The sheets were clean, and...

Although the hotel is located in Red Light district, I do not understand why it is so ugly. Room smelled badly, the walls were dirty, bath was bad cleaned. However Geneva is a pricy city, there is nothing in this hotel that may cost 100 USD per night.

Given studio on 5th floor, around corner from main entrance, room smelled rank and musty, the unused locked kitchenette had a loud noise coming from it all night (an old fridge?). Asked and was given another (better) studio but these are old tired rooms. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, I'm a regular Accor user and find this stay...

I do not expect much with this room price in Geneva. Though worn out mattress (I complained receptionist at check-out). The quality of room is far from that of other accor budget hotels (Ibis, Etap, etc). Some strangers standing around the entrance. Kitchen use is not included in the price. They request extra the same cost of breakfast (around 30...

you get what you pay for. It's not modern and fancy, but if you look for a cheap place to stay IN the city, it's quite ok. Ok, there's a little bit of mold in the quite ancient bathrooms, but it's clean and connected to the Novotel next door. the rooms could definitely need refurbishing, but you wont get that...

Drab, dark, old rooms with old furniture in the middle of the red light district. Room was clearly unused for some time before I arrived as it was dusty and dirty but the daily service was good thereafter.

Bad location, in the red zone of the city. African drug dealers and prostitutes outside the hotel and all along street Berne. Not safe area. Very different from Novotel, much better, it doesn't look like the same company. Smell in bathroon, yellow water some days. They don't have cleaning service on weekends! Good points: internet service.

Is in red light district with prostitutes outside. Felt unsafe walking to and from the front door. Front door key card took 20 attempts to make it work each time. No security in a bad area. Room is poor standard converted from poor quality apartment. Not even carpet on the floor! A complete rip-off.
