we stayed one night in the youth hostel. there were no wifi in the room. and the lounge was over crowded for wifi access. the breakfast wasn't really up to the mark it was ok. though there are counters for food if you wish to skip the free one and ready to pay, you still get some good options.

It was a better than expected experience. Better than most of the hostels I have stayed in Europe. Slightly far from the train station but frequent bus connectivity is available. From outside the train station one needs to catch the bus towards "Goplimoosweg" bus stop. Hostel is then a 2 mins walk from there. There is a good spread for...

Very neat and tidy hostel...I stayed in a 6 bed room with family including an infant. Staff was helpful and I really liked the breakfast there. The WC and bathroom were maintained in a clean and tidy state.

I stayed for two nights. First, the location is little far from downtown but you can get from Train Station to the hostel in 15 minutes by bus. Second, bed and bedding stuff are comfortable and room and bathroom are clean. Third, there are many facilities for travellers such as playing room, TV room and lounge. Last, staff are very...

Travelling on a European roadtrip, we stopped here for an evening having driven from Calais. We arrived in the morning and were able to leave bags behind the desk and vehicle in the car park. Quick bus from a nearby stop to the city centre, discount on tickets for some local attractions that we weren't expecting, nice and clean rooms,...

(+) Reasonably decent place for the price; hard to find anything else around the same price (+) Simple breakfast was decent; salami/cheese/bread, good yogurt; basic cereals, juices, milk, good coffee from a machine (+) Pretty clean all around, no problems with shower/toilet availability (-) Location a bit removed from the city center; need to take a bus (10+ minute ride...

Highly conjusted rooms and certainly one of the badly maintained hostels. YHI management needs to urgently look into this and revive the hostel. The bath rooms stink. Not having an elevator in any hostel is certainly not acceptable by Swiss standards.

The hostel was clean, warm and spacious, but had a couple of little annoyances. It's 15-20mins into the centre of town on foot, but the walk is really nice through the town and down to the lake. The breakfast provided is good with a selection of cereals, breads, spreads and warm drinks, however breakfast finishes at 9:30am sharp so if...
