I am afraid I do not remember if any toiletries were provided . I always take my own but I don't take soap/shower gel, so they must have provided that. The hotel website should provide contact details for you to get in touch with someone at the hotel. Ido remember that the larger rooms have a bath with shower over, and the smaller ones just a shower. I had one of the larger rooms, which I preferred as my room had a sofa, chair, table etc..
