Hotel Regina is a really nice three star hotel in the heart of the pedestrian district of Lausanne. Our room was clean and functional. Only knock is the bathroom was interior room cruise ship sized, for us, not a major issue. The staff was very helpful, contributing to our overall enjoyment of the trip. We love European 3 stars in... More

We booked this hotel at the last minute and were very pleased we found it. The staff is EXCELLENT--very friendly and helpful. The rooms have been recently redecorated and are very nice. The location is fabulous. The only issue that stops me from rating this as excellent was the breakfast. The food seemed a bit stale. I would, however, recommend... More

The owner has one fine eye for great art. We had an upstairs and a downstairs and both floors were perfectly outfitted with talented artists. The shutters were so cute too. My boyfriend and I decided to stay here for four more days and travel out to see the city. The owner told us about a private collection in Martigny... More

The room we got was a large one and had a beautiful view out to the cathedral. The staff was very helpful to the point of arranging for someone to do one's laundry at a reasonable price. Unfortunately the room itself is at a pricepoint that will likely seem unreasonable for the nonSwiss traveler -- but that is true for... More

I stayed during my training with École hôtelière de Lausanne. It is very easy access to metro, buses because it's in downtown location where is also located near Majong, Asian Cruisine & Coop shopping mall, Star Bucks. All staff are friendly & helpful. Free wifi with a very good speed. Bathroom is comfortable & clean. Breakfast is limited of variety.

I've stayed 1 month in the junior suite of Hotel Regina, during a business trip. I booked the single room and it was a nice surprise to have a free upgrade. Highest points: - Location: really central, 5 minutes walking from Lausanne Flon metro station. Close to restaurants, shops, touristic attractions. - Wifi internet: during 1 month, I can`t remember... More

We stayed for 2 nights and thought the hotel was very comfortable. Comfy beds, doonas and pillows and plenty of hooks and cupboard space. Nice big, clean bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was good. Wifi is free and strong signal and there is a free computer in reception. It was a bit of an uphill climb from... More

The best thing about our stay was the staff. They were very friendly and welcoming to my husband and I. We were weary from traveling to get to Lausanne and their warm welcome was a nice surprise. This friendliness, and their excellent English, was even more appreciated after a couple of less-than-welcoming experiences in the area with French-only restaurants. Our... More

The neighborhood can be a little off-putting, especially at night, but the hotel is quite comfortable. Our room had a view of the Cathedral and was quite roomy. Breakfast is good, with the best coffee that we had in Switzerland. The manager's english is very good, and he's quite helpful if you need any tourist information. All in all, the... More

My husband and I stayed here for two nights in early September. The staff was extremely helpful and, thankfully, spoke English as my French is very bad. The hotel is in a great location in the old town. It is an easy walk to restaurants, shopping and the metro. If you are there during a farmers market, it is literally... More
