The ambience is out of this world, the experience and staff who are willing to go an extra mile just to make certain that as a guest you are valued! I am thankful and I must state that your hotel is not a 4* but a ***** hotel! Your well airconditioned rooms, with finishes and furniture to die for! Breakfast...

The pictures on the website are stunning. The decor is pretty good. TV wasn't working when I arrived and when I called to get it sorted out that evening, I was told someone would come in the morning. In the morning I called again and they said someone would come during the day while I was out. I got back...TV...

Stop there while crossing half the country due to its popularity in Trip Advisor. Really recommend to stick to the lunch menu. It's good value for money while the current menu's prices are not that good (still not being very expensive). Nice place but take a map first if you are gonna head to it.

Beautiful little boutique hotel which raises expectations from website but perhaps lacks a bit of big town professional services. Initial booking request on website went unanswered, had to phone to make booking. Pre-payment is required but don't expect any payment or booking confirmation once the money is in their bank. Should have been a sign of what was to come.......

I recently stayed for a night at this boutique hotel whilst we hosted a function at the hotel's conference facility. The hotel is beautifully built and is located in an area that seems quite upmarket. I stayed in a standard room but three of my colleagues had to be upgraded due to various challenges with their rooms. The standard room...

The romantic, opulent decor inside these suites are what have earned Tramonto a 4-star rating but they lack tiny conveniences which may not be a big deal if aesthetics are your priority. I could've done with a box of tissues, extra hooks to hang towels and robes in the bathroom, and the absence of bedroom slippers meant I had to...
