This is a beautifully restored villa in a lovely part of Appeldoorn. The interior is comfortable and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The bed was amazingly comfortable.
Breakfast was served on a tiered tray with a lovely range of bread, pastries, cold meat, cheese, fruit salad, yoghurt etc. It was beautifully presented and everything was fresh and delicious. The owners speak several languages which helps guests feel at home. Their English was perfect and they were very welcoming.
Parking is easy on site and the owners sent a very helpful email in advance of our stay to tell us where best to park.
Would definitely recommend to anyone and the rates charged are extremely reasonable.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Villa Sonnevanck. The place is lovely and inviting. Our room was outstanding, wonderfully appointed, with a comfortable bed. We stayed one night in this B&B but wished we had planned for more. Our room, number 2, was at the back of the house and very quiet and as it has a double door we could hear no noise. All the rooms have been recently renovated and are very spacious and comfortable. the bathroom was large and equipped with a shower and a large tub with shower jets. There is coffee and teas available in the room and a large screen TV. Wifi is free and readily available.
Breakfast was great and served on a three layer tea tray and includes eggs, cheeses, yoghurt, cereal. croissants, fresh fruit and juices. Meats are also available but as i am vegetarian, Joke, the owner provided ample substitutes.
There is on site parking and the house is located minutes away from the town centre. The town is pleasant and safe to walk around.
I recommend this place heartily.

I was in Apeldoorn for a conference this summer, and was looking for somewhere to stay that would fit within my tight student budget. Villa Sonnevanck provides excellent value for money, and it was an absolute delight to be there! The hosts were so kind and helpful. My room was quiet and comfortable. And I really can't say enough about the breakfast... the food is delicious and there's lots of it, and the breakfast salon is a really bright and lovely space.

My time at Villa Sonnevanck felt like a vacation from the rest of my vacation. I definitely recommend staying here!

Highly recommended B and B if you need accommodation in Apeldoorn. Warm welcome by the hosts, shown to our room on the first floor (be aware as in most European accommodation, you need to climb steep steps), very well furnished with a comfortable bed and ensure. Breakfast is certainly the highlight and can be taken either inside or in a lovely court yard at the rear of the property (weather permitting). Completely refurbished 2 years ago by current owners. Only place we will stay in the future.

This converted old house is very close to the centre and has its own parking. B&B is very reasonable price-wise and breakfast delicious, served in a cake tower, known as the the Sinnenvanck Tower. Rooms and beds very comfortable; on top floor they do not have en suite facilities but we stayed 3 nights and did not find it a problem. Eating/ refreshment areas downstairs and outside; well stocked honesty bar. Owners very fruendly. Would definitely stay again.
