The boatel experience, 4 friends in Amsterdam who found a good place to sleep, cheap and really good attention. Also excellent location and a decent breakfast included to save some money. Had no issue with the payment. Will recommended for young couples or group of friends looking to explore the city.

I really wanted to experience staying on a boat as I'd done fancy hotels in amsterdam and never spent ant time in them. We loved the boat excellent location the rooms are small but equipped with everything u need. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were amazing. Already advised friends to book here too. Me and mark loved it

I never stayed in a botel before so I did want to experience it. It really doesnt look like much from the outside but is really good, clean and well kept inside. The rooms are small but with their own charm as they do have bunk beds!! It offers quiet the breakfast and I did really enjoy taking my coffee... More

Spent New Years here. The owners are great. The location is pretty special. I must say....this was my first time on a botel. It may not be for everyon but it was for me. This is great for a lone traveler or adventurous couple.

This is not a fancy hotel so if that is what your looking for than you need to raise your budget and look elsewhere, but, if you are looking for an affordable decent place to crash in a good location this is it. The bunks were perfectly comfortable and despite the small size of the rooms it is just what... More

You need at least 2 full days to visit the main attractions of this City, a tour bus is the first thing to do & then work out which areas you want to go back to on foot. Watch out for the cycles though as they wiz along without much regard to the pedestrians. Beware if you are of limited... More

We stayed here for 4 nights recently, myself and 3 friends. The owners were extremely nice and I would go back for their service alone. The rooms are quite small, but if you plan on being out and about for most of the trip this isn't really an issue. One of my friends was sick when we arrived and they... More

Botel was in a good location, quiet and comfortable. Although the rooms are not big, they are cosy and I had very good night sleep. Shower was basic but excellent. It provided a good base for exploring Amsterdam and breakfast included. It is a boat so if you expect hotel comforts book a hotel instead, but for a more unique... More

Expected the rooms to be small as it was a boat, but not be able to pass each other was extreme! Only two hand size towels supplied, the bed linen had seen better days & was very faded & the toilet seat was was broken. The breakfast/lounge area doesn't get unlocked until 9am & is locked up again at 11pm,... More

I stayed on Botel Zebra for two nights. The room was very comfortable and clean. The rooms are small on botels as is expected, but it was comfortable for two persons where they manage the space well very well. The location of the botel is good - about 10 minutes walk from the central station and close to the main... More
