Beautiful hotel and lovely time. Rooms are beautiful and 10 min walk to transportation. Don’t miss the breakfast buffet! Great for our trip into Amsterdam and was nice for our family. Don’t forget to try the cocktails - Guido makes a killer cosmo!

It’s very nice. The panoramic view from the room, service, food in the bar and restaurant was very tasty, breakfast was really good, spa and the open pool is so nice. Close to the metro. Everything was excellent.

I stayed in this hotel to take a break and relax. The spa is nice and calm. the hotel rooms are beautiful and comfortable. To get to the center of the city it takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes by metro. I would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel! Had excellent breakfast to start day. Located close to public transit. Facilities were first class, used restaurant, bar, gym and spa. I would highly recommend this hotel. Additionally, the staff was first class, the receptionist, servers, bartenders and housekeeping were always accommodating.

I could not fault the hotel after staying here for 3 nights. The staff were always very welcoming and helpful. It is a way out of town but we knew this when booking, and the reception staff were more than happy to point us in the direction of the metro station which is a short walk away, which takes you directly into town. The room was always clean and fresh towels were provided on request every day. Definitely recommend the breakfast, by far the best breakfast buffet I have ever seen at a Hotel, with a wide selection of different options. The spa was a lovely touch after walking around the city, we booked Massages which were amazing. Could not recommend this hotel more!

Hotel is clean, room was great, bed comfortable, breakfast is nothing special but is ok. It's far out of town, but we knew this, it had onsite parking which is rare in Amsterdam, wouldn't stay here if flying in. The problem is the lifts....2 days in a row waited around 20 minutes for a lift from 10th floor to ground, every lift is full of staff members and cleaning trolleys, apparently their service lift only goes to the 3rd floor, not very good when hotel is 17 floors. There is no guest staircase, we used the staff or fire escape staircase one day after waiting 20 minutes for a lift, ended up in a service area and got told rudely by staff we needed to use the lift instead. When you do manage to get in a lift you'll probably end up squished in one end of the lift when a cleaner gets in with a trolley on the next floor. Never stayed anywhere where customers are treated like they're just in the way of the staff.…

Really helpful at the front desk, clean rooms, friendly staff and beautiful sauna steam room area. Only 3miles from Amsterdam, nice quiet location with not too much traffic. Will definitely be staying again
