My daughter and I spent five nights for her 21st birthday. Everything was wonderful. We had a beautiful canal view room. The bed is one of the most comfortable we've slept on in a hotel. Highly recommend the excursion on the hotel's canal boat.

Dear ATantawy, Wow, what a fantastic comment, thank you for sharing! Pulitzer Amsterdam is indeed located in the heart of the vibrant city. Many touristic highlights and various restaurants are on walking distance, however, you can also easily hop on a tram from the Westermarkt. The compliments with regards to the breakfast have been shared with the restaurant. We look...

A few important points to frame my comments: I stayed here for five nights on a pleasure trip (en route to Capetown) at the recommendation of a business colleague. Also, while for Amsterdam this is an expensive hotel, compared to other major cities like New York, it is rather a bargain, especially for all you get. So, go for it....

What an amazing hotel: charming, quirky, comfortable, brilliant service, great location. It's been created from 25 original canal houses - the room we stayed in was in a 400-year-old-house - so no two rooms are the same, but it's been done beautifully, with great sensitivity to the heritage and stunning attention to detail. And then you walk out of the...

I booked a weekend at The Pulitzer for my husband's birthday as a special treat (son staying with lovely Grandparents) and it was everything we had hoped for. The hotel is in a great location, a few minutes walk from the centre of town and its hustle and bustle. The staff are welcoming and professional; in response to an email...

This hotel is utterly unique. The recent renovations have safeguarded the charm and the history of these joined canal houses. At the same time all is modern and luxurious.
