Absolutely LOVE this hotel. The hole staff went out of their way to make this a special stay for us. The roomservice: breakfast and dinner was delicious and with a lot of attention to detail. The view from the room at Amsterdam Central Station is lovely. Perfect location to explore the city with lots of restaurants, cafe's and places to see nearby. We were in the Junior Suite, Room 401, which is amazing. Very spacious, playful with the split levels and beautiful wooden beams. All the facilities you want, including two big screen tv's, coffee/tea and a beautiful bathroom with a rain-shower. The bed was kingsize and with a very comfortable firm mattress and two pillows to choose from. The hotel has character and a luxury decor. Enough room to keep distance from other guests and staff, if you desire. Exciting that the restaurants and bars are opening again tomorrow, so we can have breakfast/dinner at the Barbizon's Restaurant. We stayed at the beginning of June'21. 100% recommend…

Good experience More cleanliness will enhance the property also the staff should be more courteous. The breakfast restaurant needs to have more space as we had to wait for 10 mins to be seated. Corridors to be more clean

This hotel is conveniently located near the Centraal Station and the tram stops. It is very elegant and super clean. The concierge staff is very willing to help with any reasonable request. We stayed in one of the canal-view apartments. I urge visitors to request a rubber shower mat as the shower is vert slippery. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome location right across the street from central station. The room was very clean and comfortable with great view. The reception staff were so friendly. The atmosphere is so warm, the whole team is wonderful. Special Salut to Mr Trian from Concierge, to helped us for our luggages and gave us some tips strolling Amsterdam and also great restaurants surrounding. Perfect stay! We’d definitely will come back again.

The hotel location was excellent - near Central Station. The concierge staff was the best. Helped us before and during our arrival and instrumental in making our stay more enjoyable. The breakfast bar is wonderful - lots of food choices, good food, great attentive staff. The room was wonderful and the bed and pillows were better than my own.

We spent 4 nights at this hotel and were totally and completely thrilled with the experience. The lobby is beautiful and welcoming. The rooms are luxurious, modern, and very clean. The staff was 5 stars. The concierge was very helpful in arranging tours and transportation to and from the airport, making dinner reservations, and providing guidance on shopping, etc. The bar was a nice place to have a drink and a snack in late afternoon or after dinner. One of the most outstanding aspects of the stay was our breakfast experience each morning. The host was always very welcoming, smiling, accommodating. His staff were also very friendly and made the morning an experience to look forward to. The fresh flowers, displays, and variety of foods were perfect. THANK YOU!

Extremely Disappointing Experience! Strongly Recommend Avoiding! We were incredibly let down by our recent stay. Despite specifically selecting and paying extra for a room with a view (paid $1,740.00 for 3 nights!!!!!!) , we were allocated a room on the first floor directly above the hotel entrance. The incessant street noise throughout the night, combined with the constant bus traffic from the nearby central station, made it feel like we were actually sleeping on the street for three torturous nights! It's unacceptable that there was absolutely no mention of this noise issue during the reservation process or at check-in. Desperate for some respite, we reached out to the reception in the hopes of changing our room to a quieter one. However, the staff's attitude was shockingly rude and unhelpful. They displayed a complete lack of empathy and made no genuine effort to address our concerns. It was an incredibly frustrating experience that only added to our already sleep-deprived state. When selecting a hotel, one expects a certain level of comfort and tranquility, but NH Collections failed to meet these basic requirements. If you value a good night's sleep and wish to avoid the frustration of being sleep-deprived during your stay, we strongly urge you to explore other accommodation options in Amsterdam!!! Another Absurdity: Incredibly Inconvenient Valet Service at the Hotel. Adding insult to injury, we decided to utilize the valet service offered by the hotel. However, we were shocked to discover that we had to notify them TWO - THREE Hours in advance of the desired time to retrieve our car! This requirement is not only unreasonable but also highly inconvenient for guests who expect a certain level of efficiency and promptness. It's baffling that such an extended notice period is necessary for a service that should be readily available and accessible to guests at their convenience. Take My Advice: Explore Other Options and Avoid This Hotel! Based on our regrettable experience, we wholeheartedly advise you to steer clear of this particular hotel if you have alternative options available. …

Kudos to Suzanne the Deskmanager. She did all she could to make my wife and I feel welcome and appreciated. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was immaculate. This 5 star hotel is conveniently located next to the train station and a lively part on town. Returning to it after being out was always an oasis. We're looking forward to returning!

You really can't ask for more from a Hotel. Awesome location right across the street from Centraal Station easy access to public transportation and within Walking Distance to everything you need to see in Amsterdam. Clean Large rooms with Amazing Updated Bathrooms. Super Friendly Staff. As per the cost it's a Great Value !!! When I return to Amsterdam I'll definitely be staying here again. One last side note our room 012 was on the ground floor with a very nice canal view we thought we might hear some noise from the street but to our surprise we didn't hear any noise at all.
