We stayed in ITC during our weekend trip to Amsterdam. Hotel is approx.30min walk from the Central station, 15min walk from Van Gogh museum. We were given a room across the road in the Townhouse (in their 2nd building). The room was lovely, modern and clean, but small. TV, a kettle and toiletries provided. However, there was no hair dryer....

House keeping are awful I was 5 minutes late checking out of my hotel room due to not feeling well. I had let the reception lady know and she kindly let me take my time. However house keeping still arrived only to be told I have 5 minutes and I need to get out of the room. They were also...

Do not stay here if you want security piece of mind. I came here on a short noticec business trip. No fooling around, meetings then a business dinner. I came back to a room door wide open lights on! Door was shut and lights off when I left! I had opened windows to let air in when I left. Pillows...

Amsterdam is not cheap to visit so finding decent accommodation at a good price is a challenge. I was apprehensive prior to my visit with my wife and 2 children (17 and 14) especially after reading some reviews for ITC. I needn't have worried, OK it's not a luxury hotel but it has everything we needed. Pros- central location on...

This hotel isn't a very big place , Its old , and a little dirty outside but in a descent NEIGHBORHOOD on a great canal street. GOOD location in spite of all its down falls . Tiny rooms that are basic but adequate. Noisy rooms in front . Really steep stairs . The front desk didn't offer to help with...

we stayed there mid september. I thought that for the price: over $200 per night, it was pure robbery! when we arrived at the hotel reception it was so shabby looking that the woman said, seeing our disappointed faces: "it's a 2 star hotel!" the room ended up being on the other side of the canal where we had to...

We stayed here at the start off October. Me, my partner & our 9month old daughter. Hotel was very clean and the staff where friendly. We got put on the top floor which was a bit off a struggle having to carry the baby up very narrow, steep flights of stairs. We had to leave the pram each day &...

Do not stay here if you have a suitcase or heavy bag you'll be lugging it up narrow stairs (up to 5 flights of stairs) instead I got chucked in the basement, kinda creepy, but better one down than 4 up. Bathroom was spacious and only had to share with one other person, but it was upstairs. Receptions at a...

Hotel was very clean, rooms up to date. And staff were friendly and willing to help! Great location too, tram stop right outside. Beautiful views from the room too overlooking the canal. Definitely would stay again!
