We stayed in the wellness room for 3 nights and it was a beautiful room, very clean and spacious. The staff in this hotel were always so friendly to us and willing to help. Fast check in and check out, the hotel was in a good location right in the city centre, only a short walk to the red light district. The jacuzzi was lovely to relax in every night and was kept very clean, we were given clean towels everyday and the room was kept clean. During our stay there was construction work taking place outside which woke us up early in the morning everyday but there was nothing the hotel could have done about this so not a fault with them. One of the lights came out of the socket in our room and was hanging, we told reception about this and they told us that maintenance would be up to fix it however nobody came back to fix it for us before we left, however this was not an issue for us and did not affect our stay so would still definitely recommend this hotel. …
I booked the monumental suite for our stay however this was not the room that I was given. After talking to reception I was offered a ‘free’ upgrade (despite the fact I had already paid Love Holidays extra from the room) and we were given a bigger suite. The room we were given was very pleasant however it wasn’t the ‘The Monumental Suite’ that is advertised with the high ceilings, beams and pulley. I was quite disappointed with this as I has booked this room for a special occasion. Our room was located at the front of the hotel which unfortunately meant that it was quite load and you could hear everyone outside. The bar was also closed the entire time during our stay which was also a big disappointing. Other than the room issue, the hotel itself was very clean, staff were very pleasant and the location is perfect.…
We have just returned from a weekend staying at this hotel. We travelled through a British Airways package and arrive Friday morning after a super early flight. We were told on arrival that there was no booking under our name. This was really distressing and we were left to call British Airways ourselves to find out what was going on. Ever Italy we established that British Airways had cancelled our reservation in error so this was not a fault of the hotel. My issue is the way it was handled. We were promised rooms and told it would be ok but they needed authorisation from BA before releasing out rooms. We were then told by supervisor that all was ok and this was paid for so we did not need to worry. The rooms weren’t ready but we told to go out as we had excursions booked and when we return they would be ready. We went off to explore the city and upon our return around 6pm the staff on the desk had changed over. We asked for our room and we’re AGAIN told we had no reservation. We were so upset by this point as we were cold and tired. After asking that the receptionist called the supervisor who has been on duty during the day and had approved our booking we eventually got our rooms. There were 4 of us travelling so we had two rooms. We had paid for a city view but didn’t get this and we were put on floor 2. We were also told we would have rooms together and they were same floor but not together (not a huge issue but just not what we were told) although the reservation error wasn’t the hotels fault at the beginning it was handled badly and the lack of communication and handover made things really upsetting. We will of course be pursuing matters with BA but I feel like the staff could have helped more. The hotel itself if clean and the room was good. The bed was extremely comfortable and the location of the hotel is perfect. We had the breakfast and this was good with lots of variety. The hotel is lovely but we just feel let down by the whole experience.…
The bed most comfortable bed ever slept in ☁️ Wow Room 2243 Omg 😍 Absolutely fabulous, hotel is beautiful great location staff very friendly 👌 the Suit with sauna , whirlpool 😍 the bed is the most comfortable bed ever slept in like a cloud ☁️ 😆 didn’t want to leave would definitely recommend to book a suit if staying in Amsterdam the room will definitely not disappoint. Until next Time We’ll be back again 👌 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Stayed here for 3 days, generally good but didn’t get to a good start as the reception couldn’t find our reservation which caused a panic. They figured out that my name was put back to front so wasn’t the best start when the reception is telling us we don’t have a reservation at all after a flight and train into Amsterdam. Secondly, we were placed on the ground floor which I would not recommend. Had to keep the curtains shut the whole time due to people being able to walk past and look in which isn’t ideal when you have a spa room with a bath which is right next to the window. It was also very loud and we did get woken up a few times at 3am by rowdy people. The room itself was lovely and clean, but could have done with it being on a high floor. Breakfast was a bit of a let down as most things were running low or cold. The only thing that would make me stay again is the location and a higher floored room. Overall was a pleasant stay but needs improving overall.…
We stayed here for 3 nights and treated ourselves to a wellness room and it didn't dissapoint. The room was spacious and had a whirlpool bath and sauna. Bath robes and slippers provided. The room was spotlessly clean and it was cleaned and new towels were provided every day. The only down side was the noise of the whirlpool bath self cleaning but that couldn't be helped. The location of the hotel was just fantastic. We didn't book breakfast so can't comment. We would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.
We went for a 3 night trip to amsterdam stayed in wellness room. Greeted by a man on reception on arrival. Brilliant customer service the best we’ve ever received. Beds were extremely comfy. Large room. The location of the hotel is brilliant right in centre of amsterdam. Roughly 2-10 minutes to get to places. Icebar was a 20 minute walk away. However the bad side of the hotel was the room was cold, heater didn’t seem to be very powerful and the bath whirlpool didn’t work for us. Would visit hotel again.
Just back from a stay at the Inntel Amstedam. It is positioned very well indeed. A short walk from the station makes it ideal for travellers and commuters. The best thing is it is setback from lots of noise, yet only a couple of minutes from the bars restaurants of central Amsterdam - perfect. We treated ourselves to the Spa room, which had a giant whirlpool bath in the centre, complete with towels robes and slippers! Breakfast was good with a great selection from pastries to bacon and eggs.
We stayed here for a quick stop over (2 nights) at the start of our European and UK vacation. We chose the hotel for its proximity to the railroad station but it turned out to be ideally placed for an Amsterdam weekend or longer. We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and it was within easy walking distance (at least for us) of just about everything, especially when getting to the train station. We would almost certainly stay here again.
Central hotel really close to the train station, shops, bars, coffee shops and museums. clean and really beautifully set out. We stayed in the spa room and it was a real treat. Cleaners do a fantastic job and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Would recommend anyone visiting Amsterdam to stay here :-) thank you inntel hotel x
