Works like clockwork.. staff are always on point, customer service is fantastic. Rooms are beautiful - bathroom, bed, tv etc. Clean and inviting. Food is great. The staff were so welcoming to my toddler as well. Wonderful place to stay. We walked from the hotel to the centre of town and back.. if you don't feel like walking, there are...

Yet another faultless "Leading Hotel of the World" . This lovely hotel is located outside the city centre and is a 40 minute walk to the Anne Frank House or 20 minutes to the museum quarter . If you don't fancy walking then there is a tram stop outside or easy taxis . The hotel has 4 outstanding restaurants which...

The Okura Hotel management should be very proud. Their culinary strategy has paid off well. Two excellent Japanese restaurants (both Michelin), a 2-star French restaurant Ciel Bleu boasting amazing views and a bib-gourmand brasserie. When I was living in Amsterdam, I had dinner at the Okura regularly, simply because Yamazato is, without a doubt, the best Japanese restaurant in the...

Room was excellent with very comfortable bed, clean and sizable bathroom, and nice views of the canal and business District. The hotel is located outside of the popular old town area but it is easy to get around the city from the trolley stop just up the street. An extensive array of choices at breakfast, sure to satisfy any family...

We spent weekend in Adam and stayed at Okura. Bit old fashion but very nice hotel with great staff. Usually not using hotel restaurants so much but the both Japanese restaurants are worth mentioning and trying. Just make your reservation well advance especially for teppanyaki.

I stayed for 3 nights at Okura hotel in Amsterdam early January and had a wonderful stay. Service is great, staff very kind and professional, room is spacious (in my case the Junior Suite), bed very comfortable, great swimming pool/sauna/hammam, concierge very helpful and restaurants delicious. And a lot of small details that make the difference. Located not very far...

My boyfriend and I stayed here over new year. The hotel itself is fantastic, and the staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is about a €20 taxi journey to Amsterdam centre, but near to the tram. And actually we enjoyed being slightly out of town and being able to relax. The breakfast is €30 !! So we chose to...
